Approved Log My Cutting cycle Prep Log

Hello all. I'm looking to start my first cycle ever. I've been lifting for a while and have recently allowed my bulk to get a bit dirty. Looking to do a cutting cycle of anavar and winstrol, possibly with igf-lr3 as well. Looking for any guidance on dosages for those three as well as a solid PCT. Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide.

Age: 37
Height: 5ft 9in
Weight: 225lbs
Years lifting: 9
Cycle history: none
Training regime: for this cutting cycle, 30 min cardio followed by 1.5 hours lifting twice a day, 6 days a week.
Diet: still need help deciding what's a good diet to cut while on gear. I was thinking a lower calorie high protein diet but for my height and weight on gear I'm not sure what I should do.
Sleep schedule: 7.5 hours per night
Supplements: already on dr prescribed TRT (100mg cypionate once a week), protein (as needed) and creatine monohydrate (whatever you recommend)

I am by no means a professional bodybuilder or photographer.
I haven't done a solid body fat check yet. I believe I'm somewhere between 18 and 25

Now your picture, you look amazing, great shoulder big arms and thick back, you got the real nice built to cut down.

but before we go into cutting cycles or that talk, lets get more shares from you

diet, please share what you eat foods and meals and when you eat them
training, please share exercises reps sets and weights and when you do them
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

and PICS of your TRT gear is a must so we know your base
 
you look great i don't know why you are hard on yourself.

i would peg your body fat around 16% give or take

Should feel like new man soon. Can't wait to see your progress
 
oh yes it's good to see that you identify your weaknesses
knowing what your weakness is you can better attack it
 
make sure you get your diet on point
make sure you update us on your diet every day
 
I think you're about 17 or 18% body fat which isn't that bad
it's easy to get lower just make sure you keep everything on point

make sure you follow npcclassicphysiques recommendations and make sure you check out the other logs as well
