Training:
  • Walk everyday
  • I try to hit the gym at least 3-5 days a week (push, pull, legs) (I am in college and the gym is always closed for maintenance so its been tough)
  • 200 pushups every night (any at home workout advice would be helpful)
  • Getting back into swimming a few days a week

Diet:

Daily Caloric intake rough estimate from dining hall: 1500-2000 Calories
Protein goal: minimum of 150 grams of protein daily try to hit 200

Like I said, I am a college student so I try to make the best of my situation and food from the dining hall.
  • Intermittent fast every day (dont eat till 6pm)
  • Dinner options:
    • Grilled Chicken Breast
    • Steamed White Rice
    • Steamed Brown Rice
    • Sliced beef
    • Low cal pita bread
    • Steamed broccoli
    • Steamed Vegetables
  • Snack Options:
    • Low Calorie Skinny pop
    • Rice cakes
    • Protein bars
    • Beef jerky
Sleep:

6-8 Hours a night

Supplements:
  • Multivitamin

Blood Work:

Appointment upcoming

Plan on doing pre, mid, and post cycle blood work

    • N/A
  • Cycle goals:
    • Lose weight
    • Keep any muscle and build muscle while losing fat

You can use retatrutide but why?

Thanks for welcoming me in!! I wanted to start retatutride to help aid me along the weightloss process and to help speed things up. Ill start submitting pics real soon. As far as supps go, I am only taking a multi vitamin daily so far but that's about it for now.

did you recently start the time restricted eating?

also i would like to see some longer fasts in there. 24 and 36 hour fasts will be good

swimming is a great way to get cardio
 
be a little careful on those push-ups
you don't want to strain your shoulders too much
 
get some pictures up don't be shy
this way we can compare the before and after
 
the fasting is going to be the best weapon for you
gotta get your insulin sensitivity higher

how long have you been following these types of strategies?
what was the basis for you getting overweight in the first place
I have been following these strategies since the end of august, and i have lost more than 15 pounds so far. I have been overweight my whole life but I have always been pretty active and quick. I reached my heaviest weight this summer and knew I had to make a change. I have tried to lose weight several times my whole life and was pretty succesful one time but I put the weight right back on because I did a crash diet, not a diet that I enjoyed or found sustainable.
