Hi @Npcclassicphysique champ , started Aromasin at 12.5mg EOD from today.

For the liver support I do use liver support complex, see pic of nutritional info

Hi Gang!

Excited to finally be blasting again, see below. I will be starting this in 2 days time, i am getting bloods done tomorrow.


Weight : 88kg

Protein : 250 - 300 grams protein

Calories : Around 2500 - 3000



12 week

Test c : 500mg/w @RhinoUGL

Primo Enanthate : 400mg/w @Liquid Gold Labs

Dbol : 40mg/d (Week 1-6) @RhinoUGL



Also using:


Currently have been running a low dose of Sus 250 @ 250mg per week + 3iu GH daily

Training : 6-7 days per week

Cardio : Stair master, treadmill and dog walking daily

Current supplements - All from bulk nutrients
  • proviotic
  • N-Acetyl Cysteine
  • Milk thistle (not bulk nut)
  • Fish oil (not bulk nut)
  • Acetyl Carnitine
  • L Argeinine
  • Creatine
  • Liver support complex
  • Tri fibre+
  • Ashwagandha

Question to all, i want to minimise water retentionas much as possible, i have Armasin on hand. Should i run this at 12.5mg EOD to be proactive.

Will post up a photo on Saturday of what i currently look like and will do weekly progress pics.

@jasonbreville I would recommend taking that dose of aromasin until you get mid cycle bloods then adjust accordingly to what it says
 
pretty standard bloods. liver values and cholesterol strained.
 
bros you can always back off aromasin if you need to.

What kind of pasta is that? Is it a veggie pasta or something else?

does the MT2 make you Feel nauseous?
I yeast to use it when I competed and it did for me.
 
Training almost every day and walking your dog and doing cardio,

you are an absolute Beast.

- for the Aromasin I might just stick to EOD for now and change to 3 times per week once everything kicks in and monitor
- for the multi vitamin I use proviotic- see attached photo of ingredients
- for the MT2 luckily I have never had nausea, I do pin it right before bed though so I may just sleep through that
- it’s just regular penne pasta
- see attached photos of what I currently look like

Also I was looking at increasing my dosage of hgh, I have been running at 3iu for a while now. What dosage can I run up to without needing to use insulin?
