Good day but many of these should be more reps and less sets.
Also can someone advise a good amount of gh to be able to use without the use of insulin please, thank you
@Jason breville depends really I dont see your diet shared a lot, so it will depend on nutrition.
2 IUs is good split 1/1 before you up the dose.
 
Hi @LevButlerov, diet below:

4.30am - 3 x weetbix pre workout

7.00am - Protein and oats shake

8.00am - 4 x chese sticks

9.00am - High protein cereal and tuna (not together)

12.00pm - Lunch as per pic

2pm - Protein shake + Greek yoghurt

6pm - Dinner

8pm - Protein pudding

In total between 250g - 300g protein and 2500-3000 Cals

In regards to the rep range are you suggesting to aim for between 15-20 reps?

@Jason breville good diet but like "dinner" what do you usually eat?

I do suggest you up the reps and then drop set to 4.
 
It’s usually a mix, we order from Marley spoon dinner so a mix each time that’s just why I put a window between 250-300g protein.

See today’s training, also threw in some abs. Was good to be able to push out a couple of extra reps compared to last back session. Also I have gone up to 4iu, gh. Shoulder is also getting better from the TB and BPC

Was this a treat or is there an issue with cooking or meal prep?
 
Nah Marley spoon is a food delivery service that delivers ingredients to your house weekly and you cook the meals - it’s not take out or anything like that. Fresh food and fresh ingredients
 
bros thats good you don't get sick on melanotan. my wife is white as hell and she gest sick on it lol. i don't need it luckily i am pretty dark

Nothing wrong with bananas.

I think they are very underrated and they're also very cheap.
 
For sure, you can get bananas for a dollar, a pound. Not many things cost that cheap.
