Thank you! Thank you for the push also to make sure bloods got done. Honestly i said to the guy should i test bloods after my last test to see if decca was fake he said why? What for? Your not on test so dont need to see. At minimum test for lcm test and E2.Main things that jump out at me/ key concerns:
Liver Enzymes Elevated
- ALT (63 U/L) and AST (55 U/L) are both high, which shows the liver is under stress. LDH (303 U/L) is also up, which suggests some kind of tissue damage (likely liver related).
- Dbol is super hard on the liver, and these elevated enzymes are a classic sign of that. The liver is working overtime trying to process it.
Stop the Dbol immediately. You’ll need to keep an eye on liver health and supplement with that in mind. Taking supplements like TUDCA or NAC can help support the liver and bring those numbers down.
Cholesterol and Lipids Being Off
- Total Cholesterol (5.6 mmol/L) is a bit high, which isn’t great for heart health. HDL (0.79 mmol/L) is low (that’s your good cholesterol), and LDL (4.45 mmol/L) is high (that’s the bad cholesterol).
- Dbol really messes with cholesterol levels, lowering HDL and raising LDL, which can increase the risk of heart issues down the line.
Try adding omega-3 fatty acids (like fish oil), soluble fiber, etc to your diet, and maybe even consider a more heart-healthy lifestyle overall. Exercise, cutting back on bad fats, no alcohol, etc.
Low Testosterone
- Total Testosterone (1.8 nmol/L) and Free Testosterone (58 pmol/L) are both way too low. Basically, your natural test production is shut down because of the Dbol.
- SHBG (6 nmol/L) is low, which might be the body’s way of trying to keep some test in circulation, but it’s just not enough.
After stopping the Dbol, you’ll need PCT to kickstart your natural test production again. It’ll help restore your test levels and balance out your hormones.
I will admit i dropped his diet when i started cutting and went to my own calculated cals macro diet (As 8 studied as a sports nutritionist and physique coach)
