I wouldn't start with high deca and masteron, start 3 weeks with lower dose to feel it imo
250mgs testosterone
200mgs masteron
200mgs deca
and kick start the anavar

12 week cycle
Week 1-12 250mg test, 350 Masteron, 350 Deca.
Week 8-12 added Anavar 30mg
Considering going extra few weeks of everything on this cycle. Wondering if it be beneficial considering how slow deca works. I plan on doing trt at 200mg after the cycle.
Will be 51in Jan. 5”10 191. 10.5% bodyfat Normally hang around 180 pounds. Did a Primo, Anavar, test and Cardarine cycle in spring and got great results down to 8.1% bodyfat
Training 5-6 days a week
Back and Triceps
Chest and Biceps
Shoulders and traps
Legs
Nutrition
Breakfast- oatmeal, hard boiled eggs and fiber cereal
Lunch chicken and potatoes
Dinner- this is my struggle lol
Wife and I do factor 75 meal kits.
Usually get 2000-2500 calories a day. I have Protein shake little high in calories 600 a day to fight off appetite increase from deca
