Goal: decrease body fat percentage while maintaining strength. Basically to feel awesome and strong look great and look like I workout with clothes on.
Currently, I’m on month one of 4 months testosterone E 300mg/week
Deca Enanthate 300mg/week
Will double this once I see my strength go up in my home gym.
Years training = 2019 consistent thru 2022
Cycle history = Buddy of mine gave me 30 50mg Anadrol and Test C 300mg/week. After that I went straight to Deca injecting 300mg twice a week with Test C 300mg twice a week. Eventually started Equipoise and test.
Obviously, neither one of us knew anything. Needless to say I saw phenomenal results I felt amazing looked amazing and had energy like I did in my teens. Anyway, I could go on and on.
And I was hooked on wanting to continue to feel and look like that.
Current Diet = intermittent fasting first meal is at 2pm and I stop at 6pm. My diet consists of, steak, eggs, chicken, tuna.
Training = lifting weights 3 days a week. Cardio 3 to 5 days a week at minimum 3 miles a day.
Weights = upper chest, bi’s and tri’s, back and pull ups, shoulders.
Supplements = super shredder from Amino Asylum and 25mg Provirion every day.
Sleep = in bed at 7pm sleeping by 8pm. Wake up at 3:30am leave the house at 4am back home from work about 3:15pm in my garage at 3:30pm
