Approved Log My Deca Testosterone cycle Log

Height: 5’6”
Weight: 213lbs.
Cycle Experience: 3 or 4 maybe more since 2019

Goal: decrease body fat percentage while maintaining strength. Basically to feel awesome and strong look great and look like I workout with clothes on.

Currently, I’m on month one of 4 months testosterone E 300mg/week
Deca Enanthate 300mg/week
Will double this once I see my strength go up in my home gym.

Years training = 2019 consistent thru 2022
Cycle history = Buddy of mine gave me 30 50mg Anadrol and Test C 300mg/week. After that I went straight to Deca injecting 300mg twice a week with Test C 300mg twice a week. Eventually started Equipoise and test.

Obviously, neither one of us knew anything. Needless to say I saw phenomenal results I felt amazing looked amazing and had energy like I did in my teens. Anyway, I could go on and on.
And I was hooked on wanting to continue to feel and look like that.

Current Diet = intermittent fasting first meal is at 2pm and I stop at 6pm. My diet consists of, steak, eggs, chicken, tuna.

Training = lifting weights 3 days a week. Cardio 3 to 5 days a week at minimum 3 miles a day.

Weights = upper chest, bi’s and tri’s, back and pull ups, shoulders.

Supplements = super shredder from Amino Asylum and 25mg Provirion every day.

Sleep = in bed at 7pm sleeping by 8pm. Wake up at 3:30am leave the house at 4am back home from work about 3:15pm in my garage at 3:30pm

on the cycle, are you using Ais? and you have any organ liver support like n2guard going?

on the diet and training
diet, can you please share actual meals and foods and when you eat them
training, can you please give more details as you go exercises weights reps sets so we see how strong you are

AI’s yes I take 1mg of arimidex a week when I inject every Saturday.
Liver Support I use Liver Restore from Amino Asylum.

@USL liver restore is just for liver you need full organ support like n2guard imo all organs

and 1mgs arimidex make sure you do a deep split

on the injections, you should split injections to mon/thur not just 1 pin /week to keep blood levels steady

I will start logs tomorrow of training and food.

one hour is plenty of time and my advice is don't take a long time between sets and have a game plan ready and all so don't get stuck on socializing just go in there and handle your business
 
My wife said she’d never post body pics. I told her yes it’s embarrassing but this is the only way I know how to fix this and get better.

nice to see you're doing some time restricted eating

one hour is plenty for a workout
think about it if you're doing 20 sets and you're taking a minute between sets why would it take an hour to complete
 
a lot of people waste time at the gym
they'll spend 15 minutes in the locker room and then spend 30 minutes socializing with the chick
 
one hour is plenty are you kidding me
I used to drive 40 minutes to get to the gym
