Lateral raises = 5 sets of 12 15lb dumb bells.
Front raises = 5 sets of 12 15lb dumb bells.
Pull ups 5 sets of 5 body weight. Last two sets chair for help.
Hammer curls = 3 sets of 15. 15lb. Dumbbells.
Cardio = 3miles

Total cardio for today is 8.6 miles
Correction do to weather only able to get 1.4 miles for a total of 7 miles.

i see a lot of 12 x reps right? you have to add some 20 rep sets in there for max pump

20 reps? Done, will implement.

Earlier this week a tornado touched down about half a mile from our home. Horrible weather yesterday and today. Hopefully all good tomorrow. Thanks for asking! All good on the home front and thanks for the advice.

5 sets of 5 pull ups. Used chair last two sets for help. Using body weight

Curls. 20lbs. Dumb bells. 2 sets of 12 then dropped down to 2 sets of 8

45lb. Bar for bench. 5 sets of 12

30lbs. Dumb bells. Back workout. 4 sets of 12

Cardio another 1.5 miles.
