Cardio was 13 miles today.

Thats actually a good idea about those eggs that would add protein and I think it would taste good together with jalapeños :)

Post workout shake? Well, I’m really trying to cut. With all these miles you’d think I’d be down to 200 already. That’s my goal 200 come Monday morning before I start my new job.

@USL 13 miles alright thats perfect cardio :)

post workout shake is to retain muscle it wont hurt fat loss bro
you need to keep your muscle mass as you cut and 1 protein shake wont hinder that
