3 miles this morning 3 miles yesterday. I have some running around today, no additional miles later today.

This will be my lunch when I start back at work. I’ll have to wait and see if they will allow me to eat at my work station. Ground meat and rice. It’s a new job.

If they do not allow me I will need advice on my meals?

@USL, if you have issues with eating at your work station, pre-prep protein shakes with oatmeal and cinnamon and protein bars
thats what I suggest to my clients who need to eat at hard jobs

@LevButlerov I guess I need to put my ego to the side and stop taking Deca and just continue with Test E for the rest of my cycle. I’m hoping I will get same results as my first cycle and I guess I shouldn’t expect that. What is ur suggestion??

@USL I dont think deca is related to your job or meal plans right? you can still do low dose 100mgs deca and stay on the path
clarify what the issue is but truth is stay with cycle just meal prep better

Well, my wife broke her fucking leg yesterday morning. So guess who has to do everything around the goddam house?

Seems like there is something that always gets in the goddam way of working out.

I will and thanks! I’m gonna try and find even 30 minutes after work to do something even if it’s just cardio. I now, gotta do dishes, laundry, grocery shopping lol you know the whole bit and trust me, I’m not that guy lol!!!!

And I will keep you updated!!
