are you saying on 12/2 you did just 3 meals?
Yup, I only had three meals as i was in transit.

Here is an update. I’ll try and keep them coming more regularly

200g chicken, half avocado, 150g brown rice/quinoa, dash of mayo
Two cans tuna
Handful walnuts, wasabi peas
Spaghetti bolognaise
150iu cjc/ipa
All supps/vitamin
Push day

Two cans tuna

Two oysters, grilled tuna sashimi, lamb shoulder with two potato’s and veggies

500iu HCG
All vitamins
No training, lots of valentines cardio.

Boxing training followed by a calisthenics pull day

I’m going to taper down off the test, dropping by 50mg a week over the next 3 weeks. Do you think I should start taking clomid? 50mg a day for a week then dropping to 25mg for a further 6 weeks? And combining with HCG 250iu every third day. What is everyone’s thoughts

It’s hard with my work. I work around 14 days straight and am up at 4ish every morning then “home” usually around 1730-1800 as a standard. Sometimes maybe more. Then I try and train, do life stuff like washing, try and maintain some sort of social life. You’ll notice with my weeks off i get a fair bit more sleep.

@wilko44 hard to say what you should cut, because we didnt see a picture of you. Can you share a picture face blurred?

and on the diet, you should be adding more fiber psyllium husk for sure.

Clomid dont take it yet, not needed at that dose. You can start by getting 25mgs clomid before anything and 50mgs test nothing at least 100mgs of test.

That kind of work schedule is tough I did it for a while
Man it is tough, I’ve been doing it for nearly 6 years now, it comes with a huge expense on many aspects of your life and certainly not healthy. This will be my last project for sure.

@wilko44 if your bodyfat is high and you're out of shape (even with low bf) that will impact fertility a lot, example higher bodyfat can mean higher prolactin = low fertility
