on the diet, seems you're not eating enough and I see you lacking omega 3 fats
lacking fiber too, you taking psyllium husk?
 
Where are your vegetables?

These sandwiches are not optimal at all
if you were an American eating this many sandwiches all the time you would be obese by now because of all the crap we put in our breads
 
I agree there is too much bread in your diet
 
post up more meal pictures and get in some more vegetables in your diet
 
get an air fryer you can cook a lot of chicken in there and store it
