Height 6 feet
Age : 42
Weight: 223lbs
Body fat % : 22
Training experience: 13 years in my youth then a 12 year break cuz of life and I’ve been back at it 3 years religiously at 5-6 days a week
Training :
I am currently trying out Jim stoppanis shortcut to shred which is 6 days a week (mornings and fasted) with mini cardio sessions instead of breaks between sets , 5-6 days a week I either do swimming , treadmill or punching bag for cardio in the evenings.
Nutrition :
I recently started taking semaglutide and read Stevesmi’s thread about fasting and I was sold on it so the past 2 months I’ve been only eating from 1pm to 7pm. I take athletic greens with some collagen . Then I take my other supplements. I usually end up eating an actual meal at 5pm which consists of whatever my wife made and I’ll add a salad , my wife usually cooks a meat curry with rice. I’ve been adding protein shakes to make up the protein difference while I’m loosing weight .
I end up getting 220-250 grams of protein a day .
I’m not sure on the other numbers but there pretty low since I’ve been loosing weight very steadily since I started intermittent fasting (I was 255 and way higher body fat % )

Bloodworks:
When I was 34 my dr tested my test and it was very low at 230 so I’m assuming it’s even lower now. Last blood work I had was 2 years ago and everything in it was in range including my cholesterol and glucose (he didn’t check my test)
Cycle:
I’ve had ankle surgery and it left a lingering pain in my ankle so after some research and since I’m old enough I decided to give hgh a try . I’ve been taking 1 iu at 1030pm and 1 iu at 7 am which is 30 min before my gym session for the past month and I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect or I was gh deficient but my ankle pain feels way better , I feel like I’m less sore the next day after my workouts and I can actually remember my dreams again I haven’t remembered my dreams since I was under 20 . I would like to add in some test cyponate at 250mg a week for 10 weeks and some anavar at 40 mg a day for the last 5 weeks. I plane on waiting 3 weeks and doing clinic and nolvadex as pct with maybe hug.
The questions I would appreciate help with :
1) At what fat % should I be at before I start the test and anavar? Or () can I start it now ?
2) Should I use hug during the cycle or post cycle or not at all?
3) how long should I run the nolvadex and clinic and how long after my last injections should I start ? Is 3 weeks enough or longer?
4) how long can I take the hgh for ? Can I stay on it indefinitely or should I cycle it on and off ?
5) how often should I get bloodwork during this cycle ?
6) do I need to add some exemestane to this or it won’t be necessary?
