- I focus on hypertrophy but I do like to dedicate a part of my routine to mobility. Ive been trying push pull legs splits lately. I go 4-5x a week. I don't like cardio

- I can't take creatine because of a kidney condition I have
I have bloodwork done every 10 weeks because I get my testosterone from a doctor. I've had naturally low test for a few years now.
