Great start to this log I think the diet is on point

my advice is find cardio that you enjoy
sometimes a group cardio session is very motivating

get outside and do some fun cardio
find a trail and go jogging or go bicycling it's fun

you know what's really fun cardio?
mountain biking and they have trails even if you live in a flat part of the country

you don't need to take protein powder for supplements
I would be taking a support supplement or some herbals

post up your blood work as well
let's see where your numbers are at

only thing I don't like in your diet is the white bread
switch that out for something better

Bros I like your meal #3
steak and sweet potato that's a good one
