I would take aromasin for 2 weeks and get bloods checked. Also add some tamoxifen low dose 20mgs ed for 2 weeks. @Tricks666Yeah estrogen is high as. Only sides Is acne on the back and feeling fatigued. Nipples are good and libido is good also.
Waiting on some aromasin atm should arrive in a day or two.
How long after taking should I get bloods redone to check?
Also range is under 150 pmol. Should I be aiming for that or a little higher since I am on high amount of test?

Been lurking around, following other people's logs trying to soak up as much info as I can from you guys for a little while now.
Was thinking if im going to be asking for advice im going to have to start up a log of my own, so here goes.
I'm 42. 5ft4 and weighing 74kg at the moment. Thinking about 25%bf.
Been training consistently for about 3 years now. Always been skinny fat i guess you'd say, so main goal now is to gain some size.
Been on doctor prescribed trt for 12months 150mg a week then have moved onto a Test E cycle. Im in week 4 atm.
Last bloods taken on trt dose. Did have estrogen at 300 pmol. Dr didn't seem concerned as the only sides I had was acne on the back which did eventually go away. Now since I've increased the test to 400 its flared back up (see pics) also feeling fatigued. Nipples are fine.
Training- Push Pull Legs rest Repeat
Diet- 2800 cal. P-205 C-325 F-75
Supplements- Test E 400mg per week
Creatine
Fish oil
Liver + Organ defender 5%
nutrition
(Aromasin possibly after blood
results)
Anything else I should add???

Rest day
Just a bit of light cardio today. Soccer training with my son after work then took the old bear for a walk.
So ive been using 5% nutrition liver and organ protector. Anything else that's better on the market or any suggestions of other supplements to add in with it? I only really take fish oil with it.
