Approved Log My first cycle: Testosterone, Deca, Napsgear Geneza Pharma Cycle Log

keep up with the weight training and the cardio you are doing great

very impressive work as usual

Make sure you set next weekend to be on point

8 weeks in and recomp is in full effect. I am down to 15% BF even though I originally said I was starting at about 15% that number was more like 22% current stats.
5-10, 218
Running 400 Test, 400 Deca Aromasin EOD

Started at 222 so I’ve only lost 4 pounds but dropped about 7% BF.
Dropped fats a little and increased carbs to keep my glycogen levels up. Currently running right at maintenance calories because I want to increase mass on my chest and arms a touch without padding the mid section again. This cycle has been great so far, I’ve learned a lot about my body and how I react to certain compounds, diet changes etc. I have experienced zero side effects so if that continues I plan on taking this a full 16 weeks.
@Mr.GoodKat Looking super lean bro!

Nice work

Week 10 Update
This week I am coming off of a deload week. Current body weight is 215. Muscle definition is really starting to shine. I found that my body responds to doing higher reps fewer sets better than more sets less reps. Example if I do 3x20 curls vs 5x12 curls I get much better results even though the volume is close to identical.

Current workout plan is 3 on 1 off split.
Day 1 Chest/Shoulders
Day 2 Back / Arms
Day 3 Legs
Day 4 Rest

I do 60-90 minutes of zone 2 cardio a day evening rest days.

I have played around with a few different models but this one seems to be working the best.

Current diet is
300 Carbs
225 Protein
75 Fat

My body fat is at the point now where I can eat clean and up the carbs and maintain weight but add muscle for recomp.

All is good as far as sides, nothing at all noticeable. Recent bloodwork was nearly perfect. Check my blood pressure regularly and always normal or just a tad over.

I am going to push this cycle out to 16-weeks if everything continues the way it is.

Weights the same. Definitely dropped body fat. I’ll take multiple pictures for my next update. This one is from the week before my deload. Week 9 I believe.

Week 12 Wrap up and Final Thoughts
Well this will be week 12 and I am wrapping up this cycle. I learned a lot from this and will be doing another cycle in about 6 weeks or so after things stabilize. Will be going in my prescribed dose of TRT 200mg in the meantime.

During the cycle I kept my calories in about a 500 calorie deficit the majority of the time while still maintaining at least 200 grams of protein. This allowed me to recomp and lose an incredible amount of fat.

My exercise program was 3 on 1 off. Push, Pull, Legs and then rest. I did 6 sets of 15-20 reps per session of various exercises depending on the day. I made sure to rest a couple of minutes between sets so I could push more weight and increase volume. At the end of each session I would so 60-90 minutes of zone 2 cardio a day.

I purposely left out specific details about my diet and training program because of the inconsistent and constant suggestions. Like anything consistency is key and when you have a number of different people giving you different advice and suggestions it can not only confuse people but also cast doubt and uncertainty on the individual. It’s important to remember that everyone is different. What PED cycles that worked for you, diet plans and excercise routines won’t work for everyone. This is not a cookie cutter recipe for everyone to follow, people should stay in tune with their body and sculpt a cycle, diet plan and exercise routine that works for them.
That being said I probably won’t log another cycle but I do appreciate everyone who was supportive and offered kind word and words of incouragement through my journey.

Here are my final results. Picture on the left is last week and picture on the right is this morning. You can see a huge difference from when I started 3 months ago.
