So, starting my first cycle tonight. Will keep some updates here regularly as long as I have time.

Stats:
195 cm
85kg
BF %: no idea, fairly dry from a cut of a few months. Before my cut I weighed 95 kg.

Training:
Just over 2 years natural now. Come from far away, I was a real skinny ectomorph for my height when I weighed 65kg before I started.

Cycle:
500 mg test e (2 x 250 mg injections Saturday & Tuesday)

Hcg 750iu (2x week on sat & tuesday)

PCT following the perfect pct protocol

Aromasin: was thinking about 6,25 mg eod. I don’t want to crash my estrogen and bloods while on cycle is in my country not possible we need to go to our main doctor and it is forbidden to self test yourself so no possibility to go to a lab or order selftests. Anyway i did a full blood 2 weeks ago with my doctor and everything is in range. Will do a full blood again 1 month after pct.

Salmon or tuna or other fish

Before bed

on the past get gluten free pasta

and you lack omega 3 fats
when you say tuna or other fish so what do your dinners look like?

and 200grams of what chicken?
