on the past get gluten free pasta

and you lack omega 3 fats
when you say tuna or other fish so what do your dinners look like?

I understand i try to avoid bread, but it’s just 1 wholewheat slice to top my avocado on.

Why u think i lack omega 3? I eat fish, avocado and double dose omega 3 supplement a day?

Chicken is just chicken breast.

@Cocoon992 avocado is not really omega 3 and i dont know what fish you eating
can you actually post what fish and how much that day

you can switch wholewheat to high fiber rye bread to start

Oke i’ll try that bread.

Fish:
Codfish 200g 148kcal
Tunasteak 200g 209 kcal
Salmonburger 120g 170 kcal

When i eat let’s say codfish it’s 50calories less then tuna so i eat some nuts afterwards to compensate the 50calories so i always have my 3400 calorie target.
 
Tomorrow is my 3rd injection and we are a week further. I just suffer a lot from PIP, is this normal? My girlfriend is a nurse so she puts the syringes in my glutes. She injects the liquid very slowly. I don't feel any of this or am bothered by anything. Only the days after. Day 1 and day 3 are not too bad, but day 2 after injection is where I suffer the most. I then have pain and swelling (not red). This is very annoying. I have read that this can happen with the first injections because your body is not used to this yet. I'm just concerned that this will be permanent in my cycle, hopefully not. Anyone have any tips?

@Cocoon992 that fish is fine but make sure you keep that omega 3 intake high

you suffer a lot from PIP? how much you injecting into 1 glute and whats your brand?

are you heating the gear before injections?
what size needle you using and how long is it?

I get a special bread from Whole Foods in the frozen section and it's made from all natural ingredients including things like eggs and cinnamon
