Approved Log My First cycle with TRT Log

No workout today. We'll cardio I guess. Working outside most of the day building shit. Diet is going to be off when i post don't have much time to eat so it will be abit lower than normal.

Yesterday 2 chicken, rice, veggie fajitas with natural seasonings and 2 chicken sandwiches

2100 calories 165g protein
@MadStacker try to stay high protein even with a day like this, extra protein bar will help bro
 
Wednesday
4 chicken sandwiches
Rotisserie chicken deli meat by itself.

1970 calories 152g protein
Because of this and a lack of sleep I had a poor workout today although I did a decent amount of chest volume. My energy just wasn't there.

Incline barbell bench
1 set 20 reps 135lbs
1 set 15 reps 135lbs
5 set 7 reps 225lbs
1 set 6 reps 225lbs
4 set 5 reps 225lbs


Seated chest flys
1 set 6 reps 250lbs
2 set 10 reps 230lbs
1 set 7.5 reps 230lbs fail

Hey captain. Yeah the carbs were low too which didn't help. It's no biggie just anxiety here and there. Causes me to lose sleep every now and again. It's getting better as the years go on though. Just woke up. Got much better sleep last night. I plan on hitting back today and still getting triceps since I didn't get them yesterday.

deli rotiserrie chicken is a killer. the amount of garbage they add to their products at supermarkets is a no-no

whole foods sells a plain rotisserie chicken though
 
Hopefully the more you exercise the better your sleep will get
 
work out is short and to the point
 
try and get a nap on days you don't sleep well
