Hey captain. Yeah the carbs were low too which didn't help. It's no biggie just anxiety here and there. Causes me to lose sleep every now and again. It's getting better as the years go on though. Just woke up. Got much better sleep last night. I plan on hitting back today and still getting triceps since I didn't get them yesterday.

I will have to check it out. Got the ptsd. Life is good just get sleep disturbances but shake it off within half hour after getting out of bed. Willing to try anything.

Funny enough, I am on my treancycle that I mentioned and I feel empowered instead of anxious. I notice I just don't do well with bullshit so I'm more likely to throw out a snarky response but that's about it. Monday will be the completion of week 3.

So far
1. trensomnia is gone.
2. Night sweats are extremely mild and only occur day after shot(give or take)
3. Acne kicked up on face but I wash it 3x a day with oil control so that is now in check.
4. Mood is elevated but I am more direct and to the point.
5. Definitely feeling some tren fatigue. I will need to take some supps and maybe up my carbs?

400mg first week then 100mg every 3 days (with 200mg test cyp each shot)

@MadStacker thats positive if you feeling good on tren, I would up the cardio if you have the energy for it and up the carbs for the tren fatigue but rather see you add cardarine gw 20mgs ed also
and you need organ liver support like n2guard UP as liver/organs get cloggen on tren = bad fatigue

Yeah more and more I am realizing america is not the land of plenty. We are the land of vats and laboratories.
Yeah it is a nightmare buying food, you think it's healthy then u read the label and put it back, I read every single label before I buy anything, takes me longer at the store but worth it knowing what I am putting into my body.

Got a question. Not too concerned but i have a small package that's coming international and was processed and "Inbound to customs" since March 19th. I will reach out to naps on the 18th as instructed if nothing changes by then but I was curious on if anyone else is having the same experience or knows if this is normal? It's my first time.

@MadStacker I wouldn't worry about it, give it time man sometimes customs holds packs for a few weeks and lets them go

that's great that's your being honest about your PTSD
a lot of men try in do the Macho thing and won't admit that something is wrong
