Approved Log My First cycle with TRT Log

I have tracked my diet everyday this week.

Here is Monday through Thursday.

Ya'll gonna have to give your boy some slack on not having todays count, cause the results still ain't in yet. I might hop up and get me a sandwich in a minute and that mental battle ain't over yet so I can't count today. 🤣

Monday
2 Protein bar
2 boiled egg
2 chicken fillet sandwich on protein buns
(Calories 1600) (protein 108g)

Tuesday
2 protein bar
.9 lbs ground turkey
2 chicken fillet sandwich on protein buns
(Calories 1960) (protein 175g)

Wednesday
2 protein bar
2 cheddurwurst on protein buns
3 chicken fillet sandwich on protein buns
(Calories 2700) (protein 178g)

Thursday
2 protein bars
2 ground turkey fajitas
(Calories 1700) (protein 161g)

(oh, one more thing. My goal is to recomp so Calories deficit and .75g/lbs protein for TARGET weight is what I shoot for although not perfect)

protein is fine at that level. i'm not one of those eat tons of protein people

@MadStacker protein staying high but can go to 200 grams

you definitely have room to tighten up your diet
 
stick to high-quality Whole Foods
 
why are you eating so much sandwiches, bars, and beer?
 
I've seen worse diets but you definitely have a lot of room to improve it we can all agree

This week I only did cardio once because it was a lot of one-off busy items to handle that aren't typical in a normal week for me including a plumbing pipe bursting underground and me digging it out to fix et cetera.

They are the Promax bars double fudge brownee. (4 for $5 is why I made that choice I got like 40 so let me know if I need to ditch them and I won't buy then again after I run out.)
