Approved Log My First cycle with TRT Log

you should check out the other logs on here and look at how guys and gals are eating it's much different than your diet
I am totally down, some of the members on here are pretty lean.

Who would you recommend I should check out because I saw a couple of "new-ish" member diet logs that were worse than mine.
 
you are focusing too much on how many calories and how many macros you get rather than focusing on the quality of each food
I can agree with that. A while back I was laid-off and we had to tighten up the budget. Affordability had to become the first factor. But I think I will have another opportunity here in next 60 days so I can have a little more flexibility. Bro with this inflation food is freaking stupid. Thanks a lot, Bin Laden.... .

I have tracked my diet everyday this week.

Here is Monday through Thursday.

Ya'll gonna have to give your boy some slack on not having todays count, cause the results still ain't in yet. I might hop up and get me a sandwich in a minute and that mental battle ain't over yet so I can't count today. 🤣

Monday
2 Protein bar
2 boiled egg
2 chicken fillet sandwich on protein buns
(Calories 1600) (protein 108g)

Tuesday
2 protein bar
.9 lbs ground turkey
2 chicken fillet sandwich on protein buns
(Calories 1960) (protein 175g)

Wednesday
2 protein bar
2 cheddurwurst on protein buns
3 chicken fillet sandwich on protein buns
(Calories 2700) (protein 178g)

Thursday
2 protein bars
2 ground turkey fajitas
(Calories 1700) (protein 161g)

(oh, one more thing. My goal is to recomp so Calories deficit and .75g/lbs protein for TARGET weight is what I shoot for although not perfect)

This week I have been sticking to my exercise plan pretty accurately. I have done 3 "two-a-day" gym session days so definitely getting proper volume.

Monday was my first shot of tren enanthate.

Today is thursday-friday at 2:32am and as I write this my cold sweats and trensomnia have kicked in. Bittersweet and encouraging.

Tomorrow I have a roidtest coming so I will test it for sure but all signs are looking good.

I get 500ml blood drawn in phlebotomy tomorrow as my hematocrit was 2 points above normal range which is normal when on trt.

I will be skipping gym tomorrow because of this and I will need to eat a fruit afterwards to spike my blood sugar a little.

I will report back on the results of the roidtest but, as I said, already feeling promising.

Also, symptoms so far while on tren enanthate- suppressed appetite, coldsweats, insomnia, elevated libido, euphoria, PIP's at first injection site, darker urine, slight ammonia scent to sweat.

Keep in mind I am only 3 days in on an Ester that has a 4.5 day half life. (Enanthate) Do not think I ever got sides this quick in the past, if anyone else has let me know. (Made me curious on if I might have gotten acetate on accident but I admit that is a bit of a farfetched notion)

also, real quick shout out to @Mobster . He has been helping me along with tidbits of advice and I appreciate his willingness to invest some time.

exercises and some reps sets or at least exercise base so we get an idea of your situation

trensomnia is bad, can you go ahead and add melatonin and valerian so we can get you some sleep

Sure I can do that. I am like catatonic right now though because I should be asleep right now. 🤣 it's 4:57am here. I have a phlebotomy at 10:00am I will try to post it after that unless I crash, which is possible. I will grab some melatonin and valerian from CVS on my way back so I really might crash. Either way, you got it.

I can tell you, yesterday I did
Session 1
Flat barbell bench 2x25 135lbs
5x10 225lbs
Incline barbell bench 5x10 185lbs
Incline dumbell bench 2x10 45lbs (fatigued by now)
10x10 on tricep ez bar push downs. 120lbs-200lbs
5x15 15lbs lateral raises

Session 2
Seated machine chest flys 220lbs 6x10
Tricep pushdowns multiple variants 160lbs-200lbs 6x10
Treadmill 1 mile 3.8 speed average heart rate 150bpm.

I will get a journal and start writing in real time moving forward so I don't have to rely on memory.
 
Hey brother just finished reading through your log, what I’m seeing is that you are really dedicated to learning and that you are really trying. Your dedication is inspiring bro 💪

As the other boys have said diet will be the biggest factor, it is often the hardest part of your routine to change but you will feel much better if you can stick to a whole food diet, nothing wrong with protein bars in moderation but personally I try to stay away from processed foods. Single ingredient whole foods will change your life and you will be able to think clearer, lift heavier. Stay leaner and feel better in general

You mention your urine being darker sometimes, Try and keep fluids up brother especially if you’re enhanced. Aim to drink around 2 gallons of water on training days. Drinking water is another thing that will really help you to stay healthy and feel good on cycle 🙏

Definitely Journal it takes literally a couple minutes a day and it will go a long way to help you advance via trial and error

@MadStacker yea of course always keep a journal i would use phone notes

this is good, but i think you can do more on the bench just less weight
how was the protein?
