As the other boys have said diet will be the biggest factor, it is often the hardest part of your routine to change but you will feel much better if you can stick to a whole food diet, nothing wrong with protein bars in moderation but personally I try to stay away from processed foods. Single ingredient whole foods will change your life and you will be able to think clearer, lift heavier. Stay leaner and feel better in general
You mention your urine being darker sometimes, Try and keep fluids up brother especially if you’re enhanced. Aim to drink around 2 gallons of water on training days. Drinking water is another thing that will really help you to stay healthy and feel good on cycle
