It can be. I do ground chicken and simmer it in tapatio fajita sauce pouch with vegetables and a single pouch of uncle Ben's Spanish rice for about 2 hours. Don't have to chew much. You can pretty much inhale it which is important to me for the reason you just mentioned.
I might have to copy this from you and utilize it, im just so used to baking everything plane as day lol.

If you do here is what I use. I add 2lbs chicken to it and a little green taco sauce and sometimes El pato.
Calculate the nutrition it's pretty damn good.

There is still a lot of improvement that can be done with your diet
check out some of the other logs and see what guys are doing
here I highly recommend stick to as close to Whole Foods single ingredient diet as possible

Today's diet
2 protein bars
2 chicken fajita
Cottage cheese
2,475 cal 218g protein
1 gallon water

Workout was light as I had to do routine phlebotomy 500ml blood this morning. Just got back from gym right now and ate my cottage cheese.

15 sets total of about 10-12 reps
Ez bar tricep push downs 5 sets
Bicep dumbbell curls 5 sets
Lateral raises 5 sets

Just went light and got some stimulus in because of the phlebotomy. Will hit it hard on Monday.
@MadStacker 218grams of protein thats my ting
and phlebotomy interesting @dominion7 had one too how you feeling ?
get some extra nutrients in like fruit bro

too much preservatives and refined crap in your diet

Just curious on how I can get enough protein monthly on $350 for two people. I have to get enough protein and also make sure my wife gets food she wants too and she doesn't have to eat the same thing over and over again like i do. Any ideas how I can make this happen in that budget in usa? Struggle to afford fresh produce. I am in a rural area and the cost is actually higher because of the extra distance on the road to bring it into the desert. This can go for frozen items too except for the store brand which evens out because it tends to be cheaper so I buy frozen vegetables. Not sure what to do to make sure I am eating quality food on such a tight budget. Everyone says, "Look at this persons diet. Look at that person's diet" but I cannot afford most of those diets. I would love if someone can help me come up with something cheap and effective. I am OK eating the same thing everyday. Any direct, explicit, non-abstract, help would be appreciated. 🙏🙏🙏

If someone is willing to dm me on this I would be able to supply some costs per ounce and costs per pound and go back and forth to work out a plan. Otherwise no sweat.

Worth noting I do have access to eggs because my friends and family have chickens so I get a free 2 dozen a month just about. only thing is I have a slight intolerance so I gotta eat higher fiber with them so my stomach doesn't get upset.

you can get some grass-fed beef in bulk
