Just curious on how I can get enough protein monthly on $350 for two people. I have to get enough protein and also make sure my wife gets food she wants too and she doesn't have to eat the same thing over and over again like i do. Any ideas how I can make this happen in that budget in usa? Struggle to afford fresh produce. I am in a rural area and the cost is actually higher because of the extra distance on the road to bring it into the desert. This can go for frozen items too except for the store brand which evens out because it tends to be cheaper so I buy frozen vegetables. Not sure what to do to make sure I am eating quality food on such a tight budget. Everyone says, "Look at this persons diet. Look at that person's diet" but I cannot afford most of those diets. I would love if someone can help me come up with something cheap and effective. I am OK eating the same thing everyday. Any direct, explicit, non-abstract, help would be appreciated.

If someone is willing to dm me on this I would be able to supply some costs per ounce and costs per pound and go back and forth to work out a plan. Otherwise no sweat.
