Today was a day of getting back out of my hole. So it's wasn't a easy thing. I am 100% certain that without Evo, I wouldn't of trained today. I'm also holding myself to training Tomorrow because of how I felt by doing what I did today. Some rump steak for tea, with more rump later when I'm hungry coming.

Many thanks to the Evo community for your support. I'm reading other posts, logs abit... It's hard to know what to add in or what to say... Let me know if you guys have something that I should look at. It does everyone good. Love yous all!!

Next two meals is 400 grams portahouse,, 250 grams brockolini divided by two meals. 160 grams chilli tuna in oil and 85 gram dehydrated noodles with beef flavour.

Is that dosage hepatoxic?
... Let me know some options... I don't know much about organ support hence why Im not using orals i've decided
What about test E 350mg PW. Npp 300mg PW. Mast???...
I think and many studies show all steroid doses past trt 100-120 can be hepatoxic bro

These are some early photos due to cycle started Monday just gone. However test e was ramped up one month ago to 250mg PW. Monday onwards

Some follow up info that's requested.

Meds

Paxil 20mg for anxiety paick attacks.

Telmosartin 80mg has been in the mix around 5 years. BP, even before trt, trt didn't have an impact imo. Now it's down to some unhealthy drinking which I've since cut back dramatically. Got on the spirits for 18 months. Also high BP due to anxiety. We talking 130/140s. Steroid cycles where i used to much has raised BP temporary so I'm very cautious with this. Calcium channel blocker was added this year, simply because telmosartin never made a big impact on lowering BP. But I know it must still help. So I asked my doc for a add on. BP when I got prescribed this with BP in the late 130s... Alot of it is generic. And I'm thinking of adding a beta blocker and taking the calcium channel blocker away. Please throw some simple ideas at me. Refresh my mind while I have this log going.

Suboxone 32mg daily Started using opioids from young. This started from my mother feeding me pills, she didn't know it was going to start a addiction. I've learned my body loves opiates. If I was a heroin addict I'd be happy living in a rubbish bin if you know what I mean. 14 years on Suboxone now. Never used another opiate apart from about two times early on and it barely worked due to Buprenorphines agonist/antagonist abilities. Tried to quit after a year on it. Extremely hard and painful. Was unable to work in the end. So I made the decision to stay on it. I could and can get on methadone permanently if I like which hits all receptors. But at this age. I am not interested. (It doesn't get me high but daily dosing dose make me feel good after taking it so I take it first thing).

I have creatine HCl on the way... I only heard about it last night. Is it any good guys?

Cardio you guys mentioned. I really hasn't planned on it. But I'm coming around to the idea of it. I'm thinking of getting a bag and hitting ii as much as I can. I also believe this helps grow my triceps. I boxes for abit when I was young plus I'm a huge MMA fan.

If anyone has a relatively cost effective product for liver support I'm all ears.

Salt. I like salt. I've forgotten alot of my knowledge. I need to cut this out? Fat protein carb ratio. I've posted a few days eating up now, if someone can kindly do some equations... I assume I need to add carbs...

Masteron... I've used it once at dosage of 300mg per week propionate. It was a great addition. Prop will be used just at start but enanthate will take over. I'd like to try around 600mg of mast per week. I won't go over 400 npp and I won't go over 500 test due to personal tolerance/side effects. Ill have probably just 1 vial of mast prop and then plenty of enanthate. Would someone give me a dosing schedule if possible...

Last few days I've felt my muscles become very anabolic. So the next 6 weeks I guess will be insane guys!!!
 
In regards to the alcohol intake. Im really starting to think about it alot now that it's been mentioned on here. It's hard to change everything at once but at least I'm for once Thinking properly about reducing it alot. On average i consume 40/50 cans per week. Never started drinking untill I was 26. Before that I'd drink socially every now and then. But i never liked it that much then. Big shout out to @Allupfromhere . And everyone that's helped start this
 
Early morning snack 150 grams portahouse with fat. Breakfast 250 grams light Greek yoghurt, 80grams halawa, low sugar muesli 100 grams all weighed, weighing food doesn't mean anything to me yet but it probably will matter later when you guys help. Training soon.

Shoulders traps delts abs legs. Tomorrow I'll do some supersets to cap of the first week.
 
Ok @Npcclassicphysique champ. I definitely won't exceed 12 weeks. Do you think increaseing dosage once or twice during cycle is a more efficient and effective way to cycle? And I take it N2 guard really does work?
I would always ramp up during the cycle instead of going high dose right away bro i tell that to all my clients
so you get a feel for the dose
and does n2guard work?
