Legend @Npcclassicphysique champ just ordered 2x wpc and x1 micellar from bulk nutrients. I worked for Ben at bulk nutrients the tight ass. But his flavours are good. Nuh he's alright. He sacked me because I took 200 grams of end of the run protein home. I told the leasing hand koz he asked if I had something under my jacket, I said yeah just the end of the run( about a 1500kg run) 20 bucks ph and I used to bag 1kg bags about 1 per 8 seconds. I don't got much good to say about that job

The beer definitely shows it's downside. I've never had bf tested and It was on this machine thing where you hold two things so it must be accurate. Please critique the results

80kg x 8

Same almost failure but no spotter


Seated dips

Weight is per side


40kg x 16 reps

60kg x 16 argh!!! Hahaha

65kg x 12 fucking hell surprising myself

75kg x12 failure more!

85kg x 10 failure reps wernt tight form but I locked out almost all reps. Should I strap elbows? Never have before but?...

50kg x 24 reps


Standing overhead tricep extension


7.5 x 12

15 x 16

20 x 11 failure.

Abit light on volume as I have a busy day. But the idea is not to high volume and training every day of pos
 
The seated dip machine has a bar across legs just past the knees I dig my legs as deep as possible in them and straighten my back fully. Doesn't seem to put any pressure on my wrists. Feels fine on shoulders. Definitely at the heavier weight it's hitting a lot of upper body. But I reckon I won't go that heavy and focus on rep form. My bench 1rm wouldn't quite be 100kg even atm. Most ever benched is 112 so not a strong bencher. Im focusing more on tries for this reason. Skull crushers im a lot weaker so it's very confusing
 
I've come to realize that compound movements for chest and back, no matter what training style, results in my arms severely lagged size and hypertrophy wise. Now why I think I've neglected to realize this is that I started training like powerlifters while really the results I wanted were hypertrophy and development. It's easy to fall into what you've seen especially with jail training illusion and get two different styles confused and on you go with the results your not happy with and no wonder why I loose interest because I'm not reaching my desires. Compound movements will sure help with strength, but for me that's it. I had much more development and size in my arms when I was 18 and natty before I fell to this illusion. I'm gonna purposely reduce chest and back for a few weeks to help correct this imbalance. It took me this long to wake back up and realize training like a powerlifter won't get bodybuilding results!

training is good keep it up but get protein up bro ;)

pullups then weighted pullups and monkey bars.

literally the dude with the biggest arms i ever met when i was younger (former college ball player) told me he never does curls. he just does pullups and rows. i took his advice and focused on those and it worked as my arms are my best muscle group

Yeah I took the tiny 200gram leftover after the big run of a certain wpi flavor. Gotta brush it outa the bottom of the mixer and stuff. They do 500kg an plus size mixes at once. Anyway what I done was technically against his policy. I wasn't told this or had it in writing, but I knew how tight he runs that place just by being there. But nothing personal against him. I was honest when foreman asked, was only first week or so on the job. But the cunt said mmm ok. Next day at work he was real weird. Walking out after another flat 8 hours of bagging like a robot, bens left hand man a retired cop sacked me when walking out.... Go figure. That pissed me off. Watching the scraps of a run get binned man.... But When they run banana, the entire site is perfumed from it. His flavourings and and pureness of product is amazing. He went to great lengths to source his pure flavourings. When you get home you gotta pick the flavourings outa ya nose. I didn't get sick of the smells. But man he's marked up about 13 dollars per kg since then 13 years ago. Probably legit? Also phuck you to Ben. The 19 per hour is a joke considering 2 ppl manufacture and bag your entire company back then

Argh I guess I could. I honestly felt asking staff would be a no no, mind you at this gym I'm sure they would help. But yeah I've honestly become so adapted to benching by myself and knowing when I really can only rack it this last time garunteed because if i gamble one more rep then it could be a fail. I never use them plate lock things.
If bar stops available I sometimes use. So yeah in theory I'm loosing a full failure rep. Personally imo going to full failure on bench doesn't feel like its much good because your form is virtually gone if going to full failure
