G'day guys. Was very sore for about 4 days. Ive reduced my volume abit. Strength gains I haven't seen yet. I think for now I might go abit heavier keeping reps below 12. I started taking creatine hcl and I actually started noticing it today in the gym. By reducing volume I'm hoping to train around 5 days per week, everyday if possible. I'm starting to incorporate legs into push day and abs into pull day so I won't have a dedicated core or leg day.
@Andrewgenic push through the pain! stay on that grind though bro!

Okay so training volume I gotta start to increase. 3 sessions a week lately and now the body is conditioned It's time to increase it. Ok so im noticing a bit increase in water. At least finally my strength is increasing and a definite noticable amount of real muscle tissue is progressing which I'm happy about. But at the same time I feel like bf is increasing. Or maybe it's just the way it feels because muscle is increasing underneath. Regardless I got checked for first time ever last week. At 24 percent bf I was abit shocked, but I guess you can look at it as a good thing because it means there possibility for so much more improvement that can easily be made.

Okay I have aromasin 25mg/ml. Is 12.5mg twice per week going to help?

Nice workout and solid job on the updates brother! I personally would not head straight for an ai to combat the water as it might not be from that and you may risk crashing your e2. Bloodwork would tell, are you getting enough water in daily? Lack of intake can cause retention and excessive sodium can impact also. Keep going brother happy to see your making progress 💪🤙

Water retention has increased. It's very noticeable. Just looking at my face you can easily tell. Puffy. I've noticed abit of iratability and mood swings. Abit of ed but that's most likely npp. No puffy nipples. I used aromasin for a tiny bit on my last cycle about 18 months ago. And yes I crashed e2. I planned to use about 25mg every day. Third day in. Bang! I didn't like it. Took me 14 days to come right. So the most id probably dose would be 12.5mg x3 a week. sodium is low now in my diet so it's not that. In general my face is abit puffy these days, that's from drinking beer. Apart from e2, the crazy water weight from anything else? Oh also iv been getting bloated real abruptly hours after eating

Best you start with 12.5mgs eod before you go into 25mgs ed to be on the safe side bro
 
Well I been getting weird sides I haven't had before. Done test npp mast 18 months ago. Sides were nothing like this. Abit of ED but it still worked. Last two weeks I started getting sides that got ever increasingly worse which are...
Bad bloating, mainly after eating, especially at night
Headache/migraines which gave me nausea
Hi/low moods which fluctuated quickly but the highs were much less
Abit of chest pain noticed in bed
Exxcess water on body especially face
Excess fat around nipples and waist (no itchiness or lumps around nipples)
Excess Redness face and neck
Muscle weakness, softness and loss of mass
Depressed mood alot and excess worry, dread, doom
Heightened anxiety, especially over simple things
No enjoyment thinking about things that would give me enjoyment thinking about like sex, training, life etc.
Short Bouts of anger, emotional type anger
Appetite is down
Gastrointestinal sides
A big side was weird tiredness, late afternoon early evening id get more tired than normal and go to sleep earlier

How can this be from the nandralone. The only difference between this cycle and my last was that my last I ran about 300mgs of mast. Atm I can only run 250 mast because waiting for supply's.
Test e has been 350 npp 300 increased to 350 last few weeks.
I started a few days after x mas. If it was from the nandralone phenyl prop wouldn't I have noticed these sides earlier, and last cycle I only really noticed the ED which was minor and the water an moon face wasn't anything as bad. Just koz I'm running mast abit lower 8 don't think personally it's from the npp. I crashed e2 on my last cycle and know what low e2 feels like and it feels similar in many ways except low e2 felt super more depressed and less motivated.

When I crashed e2 I started aromasin 25mg and used 25mg and done it 3 days in a row, bang, low e2 hit me quick. So for 8 days I been taking 12.5 mgs every second day, starting to feel better. But I also haven't had npp in 6 days, just been having test 400 pw mast 250 pw.

On top of this I spent Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday helping my landlord move houses. (not her address where I live) that job was hard work x5 3 ton truck loads just me her an my gf. I went back to the gym today to do abit koz I'm feeling better. Should I re start the npp. I didn't get this early last year when I ran the same cycle....
 
I know what highish e2 feels like. It's normal on cycle and it's normally enjoyable. It was such a strange but also very noticeable change over about 2 weeks, the sides I mentioned just slowly became more apparent, they kept creeping up on me until I was like wtf, this isn't good. Then you realize how much it's effecting your day to day life because you feel so shit you just want it to stop and you become so frustrated and pissed off at yourself because only two weeks back the cycle was going great guns and only gonna get better. So it's very confusing and depressing knowing that something's wrong and it's detrimental to your health and shitfull for your short term gains from the cycle at which point it's like well i gotta let that go and not worry about the cycle because my long term is more important...

Anyway I'll keep chugging 12.5 mgs aro e2d and see how I feel tomorrow n Sunday...

Btw I correct my npp dose. I was taking 400/450mg npp the last two weeks of it, 350 before that (stopped 7 days ago). Also I was getting weird jealousy and other negative psychological thoughts.
And Yeah I know I should be getting bloods done brothers.
I must be getting sides from the npp too. But with the number of sides and the progressive snowball effect that it was, it's gotta be e2. I think I will try again with npp and run at 200mg a week. At least if I feel the sides coming back I can stop it straight up. 7 days since last had npp so not to late to continue it. The excess fat around the nipples and waist must be sure sign of high e2.
Anyway let me know what you guys think. I done a disappearing act on here for afew days. It was very strange guys.

Guess I convert to e2 pretty well?
Youd think the small 250mg of mast pw would stop high e2 considering my test and npp dose?

Oh and I forgot to mention. Going back two three weeks(started cycle about 5 weeks ago) I was feeling amazing on the cycle. Like when I ran my last cycle ages back first time using npp and mast. It was giving me a positive mental effect.... If that's the case then it must start to effect me negatively of I go above 300mg PW...
