Rest day plus fasted cardio
Weight check in: 87.9( 600gm up in weight)


Checked weight Gained 600 gm weight today. Did fasted 1 hour incline walk in trade mill and treat myself with some fries and fried chicken burger been on diet for so long craving some decent meal.

Insanely pumped arm day fueld by @Core Pharma gh and @BigBoyLabs oil. Weight moved nice and easy. Jst a bathroom arms check while i was cleaning my house today😂. I am pumped throughout the day with gh and tren🤤.

High to low rear delt cable flies

Warm up- 10kg- 15 rep

Set 1 : 17.5 kg- 16 rep
Set 2: 17.5 kg- 14 rep
Set 3: 17.5kg- 13 rep


Incline dumbbell press( feet up in bench)
Warm up- 30kg- 8rep
Warm up- 40kg- 5

Set 1: 50kg- 3 rep( moved to new gym today height of the bench was too short i couldn’t get the drive from leg to lift dumbbell to shoulders and put me in awkward position need time to used to with new gym)
Set 2: 40kg- 9 rep
Set 3: 40kg- 8 rep
Set 4: 40kg- 8rep
( rest of the sets were ok not so impressive)


Hammer strength plate loaded lat pull down
Warm up- 40kg: 10 rep

Set 1: 80kg- 15 rep
Set 2: 90kg- 12 rep
Set 3: 90kg- 11 rep
Set 4: 90kg- 10 rep
( new machine for me trying to find right balance)


Hammer strength single arm underhand iso low row( lat focused)

( nice resistance profile liked this machine very much)


Seated cable chest flies( 3111 tempo)
Set 1: 22.5kg- 14 rep
Set 2: 22.5 kg-13 rep
Set3: 22.5 kg- 12 rep

It was a short and sweet session in gym trying to find better exercises for myself and get used to of gym environment, will up the volume and load from nxt week onwards. Thanks everyone will update with leg day tomorrow!!
