7 week update:
Have upped the cardio with 3x HIIT/ boxing training per week.
So we are doing 6 cardio sessions a week.
If I can maintain 5-6 sessions for the remainder of the cycle I will be in amazing shape come game one of the season.

And look a little softer due to this.
Strength gains have plateaued a little due to the increase in cardio.
Which I’m fine with.
Currently 5-6 resistance/ weight sessions per week still.
Weight is 89kgs
Legs are growing.
Shorts are fitting a lot tighter.
No belt needed coz my quads stop them from falling.
Even though the waist is still super loose![]()
Good feels.
Glutes have grown too.
Shame I can’t stay on for in season but can’t have everything!
Still no sides to speak of
Have to decide if I can run for 16 weeks or not.
I want to have kids 12 months after cycle concludes so I am leaning more towards 12 weeks then pct.
Looking forward to making this log.
I got my test levels back
Before cycle 12mmol vs now >52 (the test only says thst it’s above 52) which is annoying.
But I would say my levels are 5x what I was producing naturally.
(Which was quite low already)
Still waiting on eostrogen!
