My first Test + Anavar cycle

good update we want more
 
WEEK 10 update:
Stupid calf got strained doing box jumps without enough warm up.
Seems they are super injury prone.
Even though I had been working with a physio and s/c coach.

Stuffed up my aromasin dosage and dropped my E too quick, which gave me some pimples.
(Nice work Rook)
Back to 12.5 eod now which is my sweet spot.
Pimples slowly fading away.

No real strength gains from week 8.
I think the gains will now be slower unless I upped my dose or something.
But leaning towards not doing that at this stage.

Last 2 weeks have been solely gym work without cardio.
Getting a scan on my leg tomorrow.

I think Father Time is trying to tell me that this will be my last season.
And I’m getting too old at 33 to have explosive speed.
But I shall not go gently into that good night.
Not yet……not yet.

Anyway all is well.
Will likely run cycle for 14-16 weeks then pct

Perspective is important.

Had a pretty average chest and tris session, wasn’t feeling all that strong.

Did do squats and deads the day prior so didn’t expect strength to be peaking.

Ate Carl’s jr and a few cookies and a chocolate bar last night so felt like a fat fuck today.
But as usual the mirror tells the story.

Have been probably 90-95% compliant with diet for this cycle and I’m much leaner and bigger than when I started.
Albeit a little bit softer today than I have been.

Perfection is unattainable.

That said.
These remaining 4 weeks of cycle I’m planning on dropping carbs a lot on low output days.
And going back to timing carbs around workouts.

Planning on getting down to around 85-86kg or their abouts.
Leading into the football season.
More cardio focused.

Last 2 week block has been hypertrophy/strength focused.
Due to Strange calf injury inhibiting running.
Awaiting scans next week.

Have a body fat/ muscle mass scan booked for the 14th of march which will give me data and ultimately tell the story of the cycle.


Oh, new deadlift PB 150kg x 8.
We may hit 200 before this is done.

Let’s finish off strong
