My first Test + Anavar cycle

My mate who competes said the exact same thing 😂

Turns out pros do posing practise for a reason haha
I swear I look in the mirror and look awesome.
But when I take a photo it takes away 5kgs 🙈
Almost like the human eye is better than an iPhone camera 🤷*♀️
 
No need to judge legs. All save you some time.
They suck 😂
They are relatively strong. But haven’t added a heap of mass to them.
Will save that for once I’ve stopped needing so much cardio running I think.

Update:
Have decided to finish up the cycle at 12 weeks.
For me personally I think test tightens me up.
Which has caused these calf issues which I didn’t have till jumping on.
(Around 6-8 weeks ago when it kicked in)
Probably won’t use again until I’m done needing to have speed with my cardio.

Will finish off with 500mgs pw until all gone (3rd of a vial left.
Will update with body scan results next week ✌️

12 weeks thats good

but you need to LOG your PCT for us, you have pct set?

Week 12.5
Last of the test gone as of yesterday.
Body scan results were pretty crazy!
Now I will agree and say that I don’t look like I’m 6.5%
In my head 6.5% is shrededddddddd and I don’t feel like I like that shredded here.
But I trusted the data when I was 17% and when I was 13%
So who knows.
I do carry the majority of my fat in my ab area and not
Much anywhere else.
The abs definetly need more development to bring the aesthetic look out also.

Either way it says from the beggining of the cycle, to now I’ve lost 5.2kgs of fat and gained 5.6kgs of muscle at the same time, in 12 weeks.
So if that’s not a success I don’t really know what is 😂

Will update with pct in a week or so.
Likely starting 2.5-3 weeks from last pin. (4-5 half lives) once I work out exactly how manny days that is!
Squat is up to 100kg for 10
Deadlift goal of 200 still in play (for the next week or two I’m guessing)
