My first Test + Anavar cycle

leaner every time
why you getitng off? why not extend
 
UPDATE
Week 12.5
Last of the test gone as of yesterday.
Body scan results were pretty crazy!
Now I will agree and say that I don’t look like I’m 6.5%
In my head 6.5% is shrededddddddd and I don’t feel like I like that shredded here.
But I trusted the data when I was 17% and when I was 13%
So who knows.
I do carry the majority of my fat in my ab area and not
Much anywhere else.
The abs definetly need more development to bring the aesthetic look out also.

Either way it says from the beggining of the cycle, to now I’ve lost 5.2kgs of fat and gained 5.6kgs of muscle at the same time, in 12 weeks.
So if that’s not a success I don’t really know what is 😂


Will update with pct in a week or so.
Likely starting 2.5-3 weeks from last pin. (4-5 half lives) once I work out exactly how manny days that is!
Squat is up to 100kg for 10
Deadlift goal of 200 still in play (for the next week or two I’m guessing)

Weight is up around 90kg, body fat I imagine is the same.

One way to work out how lean you are is try and shave your abdominal area.
If it doesn’t take concentration to not cut yourself on your abs. You’re not that lean 😂

Experiance I only really
Get acne on cycle when I drop oestrogen too fast.
My question is is there a way to mitigate pct acne, or is it just par
For the course that when you come off, you get acne?

why dont you extend to 16 weeks? you're almost there

you look amazing btw!

PCT acne just wash your body extra and you'll be fine.

Edit: changed this to test only cycle as the oral TBol was 2 weeks max before discontinuation.
Anavar was bunk.

Wk 14 HCG 2000 IU x1
Wk 14.5 HCG 1000 IU x 3 EOD
Wk 14- 16 Nolvadex 40mg ED
Wk 14- 16 Aromasin 12.5EOD
Wk 17-18 Nolvadex 20mg ED
Wk 13-21 Cardarine 20 mg ED
Wk 1- 16 Milk thistle + taurine 1ED

Leg weights were ignored for a large period due to silly
Misconceptions and soreness from high amounts of cardio involved in sport.

Started deadlifting about 9 months ago to repair back pain.
(Helped a lot)
Have ironed out form with s/c coach.
Have a window for 1 cycle before planning to have a child in 1-2 years.

Peds history:
Mk677
Anavar only 5 weeks 40mgs (2nd bottle was bunk so quit it. (Decent gains maybe 1-2kg lean) no suppression.

Start date
October 1st 2022
Caloric maintenance (in coma) 1950
Maintenance cals including activity 2800
Will likely stay around 2800-3000 (or aim to)
Aiming to drop down to 12% within the next 4 weeks.
Training:
will include 5-6 weight sessions per week.
Including 1-2 decent intensity cardio per week.

Goals:
12% bf
88-90kg Weight

Lifts 1RM
Bench 120kg -145kg
Deadlift 170kg-220kg
Squat 100kg-160kg (this lift there is decent noob gains left)
Recomp
Lean muscle mass gain 4-5kgs


Have enlisted the help of a friend who is a leading S&C coach to perfect form in any lacking areas.

Looks good, the hcg during and towards the ends debatable but looks solid
 
extend to 16 weeks if you ask me
