My first Test + Anavar cycle

Meh I dunno
Ok training has come down to 4 weight training days
Legs
Back bis
Chest tris
Shoulders
Running 3x per week
Boxing/ HITT
Twice per week.
Calories around 2500
Mobility and fitness is paramount now coming into the season (afl football is extremely cardio heavy)
Training will remain heavy but low intensity to keep strength through cns activation and not sheer hypertrophy of muscles.

This is the only way to keep strength while dropping Weight.
Will be down to 85-86 kgs and sim to stay around 10-12% body fat.
Again I’m not a body builder.
If I could be huge while also being able to run 20kms and be mobile I would.
But that ain’t how life works unless you’re a super athlete.

Yes have cardarine on hand.
Will start it now since I’m able to start cardio properly again after rehabbing a persistent calf issue.

chest/ back etc good split but how about sets and reps? can you post those

you can log that on your nOtES on phone and paste it on your log so we can see what you're actually training like

60kg x15
80kgx 12
100kgx 8
120x 4 3 sets
Cable cross overs

Tricep extensions
Skull crushers
5 sets

It’s all pretty basic body building shit guys.
Nothing interesting.

Chest tris.
Back bis
Shoulders abs
Legs
5km run
Football training session.
Game day.
First game
Back next week.

Weirdly haven’t lost any strength in arms.
Guess they need less muscle mass compared to legs or chest. 🤷*♀️

Arms could be stronger why not, it happens all the time.
 
your arms look good and chest is powerful
