Hi All,

My first log here so please be gentle.

Stats:
- 32 years old
- 81 kgs / 178 lbs
- 185 cm / 6'1"
- 15% body fat (estimate)

Gear:
- dbol
- Sustabolin 300
- Arimidex

I started dbol (meditech blister pack) on 4/12/2023 at 10mg and will be running this for 5 weeks. Don't intend to increase dose over time as I am not looking to compete and this is all for personal research purposes.

Got my blood test done this morning so I've started taking Nexnos Sustanbolin 300 (see my first post). I will post my blood test results once I receive them, hopefully later this week.

Running the Sus for a total of 8 weeks:
- Weeks 1-2: 1ml
- Weeks 3-4: 1.25ml
- Weeks 5-6: 1.5ml
- Weeks 7-8: 1.25ml

Took 1ml today in the right quad about an hour before going to the gym.

Will be kicking off arimidex 1/2 pill e.o.d. soon.

Goal:
My goal is to get to and stay at, 90kgs. I understand this cycle will most likely not get me there, and I'm okay with that - no rush here.

Workout routine:
Current training is 6 days on one day off. I switch it up sometimes but it typically looks like:
- Monday: Leg day, heavier lifts squats, etc
- Tuesday: Chest
- Wednesday: Back
- Thursday: second leg day (as I feel my legs are lagging), focusing on machines/cables
- Friday: Arms/shoulders
- Saturday: Combination of chest and back focusing on cables/machines rather than free weights

Typical diet:
Times are approximates
8:00am: around 100g raw oats, in tap water, unheated + protein shake
10:30am: ham/bacon sandwich or leftovers from previous day
1:00pm: Workout
2:30pm: My muscle chef meals that I buy from my local shop or steak (preferred)
5:00pm: Protein shake or leftovers
7:30pm: Dinner, consists of a protein source (chicken or beef) + Carbs (rice, pasta, potatoes)
9:00pm: Second dinner, same as Dinner but second serving
10:00pm: Protein shake + Zen stress, sleep and muscle + Creatine

Today's workout:
Saturday was 44 Deg. celsius so I've modified my routine for this week and did legs today.
- 10 min warmup on the bike
- 4 sets on squat machine: 100kgx20 / 150kgx12 / 170kgx12 / 100kgx20 (forced reps)
- 3 sets on seated leg press machine, single leg: 80kgsx10 / 80kgsx10 / 80kgsx10
- 3 sets seated calf press: 50kgsx20 / 50kgsx20 / 50kgsx15
- 4 sets leg extension, single leg: 35kgsx12 / 35kgsx12 / 35kgsx12 / 35kgsx12
- 4 sets hanging leg raises 15 / 15 / 15 / 15

I would not keep the dose changing

Thanks all for your responses.

There is certainly plenty of room for improvement in my diet.

I will point out that I only use cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil. I pan fry/cook meat on a stone pan, which means I have to cook on a lower flame due to the low smoking point. Surely, this would still be considered as 'healthy', giving me plenty of nutrients and healthy oils.

I'm interested in hearing about your diet @Vadim Fedorov & @ceo.

In terms of processed foods, which ones specifically are processed? Other than perhaps chips (I sometimes cut my own but will buy frozen chips when I'm limited on time, and I'll bake these in the oven), peanut butter, chorizo (I had some left over, otherwise I rarely have processed meats) and protein shake.

If you guys could please provide me with links to sample diets, I would greatly appreciate it 🙏

@Eddie Haskell - Yes, I do try to time my protein shake immediately after my oats but don't always manage to due to work.
I'll try uploading pics directly to the site shortly.

I got my blood test result today so I'll upload a copy of that. Everything came back normal, except for my ALT slightly elevated - probably from the dbol I started approximately ten days ago.
-
Recently, I had pain in my tricep and loss of strength, with some numbing in my left hand ring and pinky fingers. My doctor recommended that I do an ultrasound and Xray - the following findings were reported:

X-Ray Left Elbow:
Normal alignment of the left elbow. There is no fracture or destructive
lesion. No accelerated osteoarthritis or erosive change.
Ultrasound Left Elbow:
Mild common extensor tendinosis with a 4 x 3 x 4mm tear.
The radial collateral ligament and radiocapitellar joint appear normal.
The common flexor tendon origin is normal. The ulnar collateral ligament is
intact. The ulnar nerve is thickened in the cubital tunnel without
subluxation on flexion.
There is no elbow joint effusion. The biceps distal insertion is normal. No
thickening of the posterior interosseous nerve.
There is mild triceps tendinosis. No olecranon bursitis.
COMMENT:
There is ulnar neuritis in the cubital tunnel.
Mild common extensor tendinosis with a 4 x 3 x 4mm partial thickness tear.
Mild triceps tendinosis.
I read online that full recovery from ulnar neuritis can take several months.

My question is: will the gear help accelerate recovery of this injury or would it be better for me to stop, wait for my nerve to heal and then jump back on?

@25homes - what's the rationale behind keeping the same dose? Wouldn't your body adapt to the dose and better results would be seem with a slightly elevated dose over time?

Images of blood test will be uploaded shortly.

Today's log:

I was going to take a rest day but my girlfriend wanted me to go gym with her. So I went in a did mostly cardio but also some face pulls, shoulder presses and bent over lateral raises. Weights were light so I won't bother with the reps/sets.

Diet:
Same as yesterday except:
- lunch was a chicken and salad roll from the local Asian bakery. I don't know exactly what the macros are but I'm certain it would be considered healthy
- Dinner: 300g chicken + 250g rice
- 2 muesli bars as snacks during the day

I am yet to experience first signs of nipple sensitivity so have not started on the arimidex.

Blood test images attached now.

Just a quick caveat that these values were obtained after running dbol for 10 or so days.

@Liteweight good meal i like the clean look of it

nipple issues well that doesnt mean your E2 didnt spike

10 days of dbol cant really do much with bloods, need more time for it

do you have the xray images bro? can you pic and post?

you should let your nerve heal but stay on TRT dose
can you do self-TRT? that would be -dbol

Looking forward to following along brother. You are looking great too! I would just pick a dose for the test and stick with it. It is already a blend of esters and they taper up and down on their own. No need to do that with your dose. The risk is sending hormones on a roller coaster and increasing side effects. That being said, you are not running a crazy high dose or anything so the sides may be mild anyways. Good luck!

@Eddie Haskell - I haven't got the images from my doc but I will ask to get a copy for my records.

In the past, I've felt sensitive nipples a day or so after my first dose, but nothing yet. Totally possible that my nexnos sus is underdosed or bunk, I suppose.

I got some advice today from a guy that has been on gear for 30+ years and he said I should be okay to do pull movements, legs, abs - just nothing that involves my tricep. So I'll try that for a while and see how I go.
-
@Masonic Bodybuilder - thanks, that makes sense. I'll stay at 1ml.
-
Todays workout:
Second leg day of the week
Warm up: full sprint on bike 2 mins then steady stage for 5 mins followed by free mins of stretching

- seated calf raise: 40kg/50kg/60kg X 20 reps, then drop set down to 40kgs at 10 reps per set
- leg press machine (from previous leg day): 80kgs X 10 reps. One leg at a time
- leg extensions: 35/40/45kgs X 15 reps each set, one leg at a time.
- adductor machine: 45kgs X 3 sets X 12 reps

Meals:
Same as other days, except
- lunch was 300g steak
- dinner was 300g baked potato chips + 150g baked broccoli in extra virgin olive oil + 150g baked chicken

I was advised to stop using my arm on heavy weights until my elbow heals. So todays workout was mild, mainly focussed on back and ended off with some bicep work. I won't post up the specifics as I'm not on a computer.

Ended up training with three other mates - we do this at least once a year.

Todays meals were the same except for:
- lunch: footlong meatball sub with salami and pepperoni
- dinner: 250 g scotch fillet and 50g mindless bacon.

Other notes:
- Starting arimidex today.
- Everything else stable.
- Pain increasing in elbow.
- Rest day tomorrow and cortisone injections in C4-C5 and C5-C6 scheduled for Monday 12 Dec 2023
- Considering smoking a joint tomorrow to help with pain to avoid using codeine
