120mgs of potassium is nothing, same with sodium.
For example, during fasting you need 2-3 grams of potassium and roughly 2-3 grams of sodium with around 500mgs magnesium, of course thats fasted but in bodybuilding if you controlling meals, your electrolyte intake might be too low. I suggest adding some straight electrolytes, powder is cheapest but not on taste lol @UncleJack :D

E: Rear delt Cable X over 🔥🔥🔥 2x20x5kg

Mood: kinda bleh, hunger upon waking was insane, succumbed to it and ate more than intended (also because I knew how hard today's session was going to be). Headspace feels airy, and intensity at gym was decent, but a lot of mental grit to get through it.
Sleep was decent, woken up by my needy dog several times but this is fairly common. Also feel like I may be coming down with a cold, not sure yet.

BP last night was 123/55, getting quite close to isolated diastolic hypotension which is really frequent, more so since commencing telmisartan at 40mg. This morning was 122/60.

Post workout shake and dextrose taken.

Received my Lpa results and Apoa/b, very surprised and very happy with the numbers, just hope they stay that way post cycle.

Have a dinner with a friend tonight too so Weill try to hold off eating throughout the day to save myself for the wo
