A: Squats - 3x12x80kg 22X1
B: Seated hamstring curls 3x12x65kg 22X0 (lean forward to really stretch the hamstrings under load)
C: DB walking lunges - 3x24 - 30kg
D1: Standing calf raise - 4x13x60kg 22X1
D2: Pallof Press - resistance band 3x8
E: Single leg leg extensions - 3x16 - 20kg
Felt absolutely fucked today but pushed through
Preworkout taken
Post workout: magnesium citrate (2400mg ~300mg elemental mg), fish oil, vit D3, whey and dextrose powder
Have also started 10mg of aromasin from R&D (not sure how to tag), will do EOD and take E2 bloods in approx two weeks (?)

Today: 03/11/2024
After a shocking day at work, I was itching to get in the gym and go hard
Upper session today so the focus was on heading toward a one arm chin up and handstand push-ups
A1: Elevated Handstand Push-ups - 3x6
A2- mechanical advantage one arm chins (assisted on the concentric and unassisted on the eccentric) 3x4 - 3 sec eccentric
B: Flat DB Chest press - 3x10 - 35kg
C1: Life fitness rows - 1x15x40kg - 3x12-50kg 21X0
C2: 90° bent arm static hold - 3x30seconds
D: Katana (overhead) extensions - 15, 13, 10 - 9kg
Second day dosing aromasin on EOD, not sure if it's going to be a night and day effect, or subtle as I didn't experience/at least think I didn't experience strong E2 sides. Time will tell and so will bloods.
