Looking for direction, i’ve cut down from 110 to currently 87kg (over a year process with maintenance phases) but i still look quite obese guessing 27%?
what should i do from here im currently on trt at 125mg a week and have been for 2 years but quite disappointed with these results it seems like i have much less muscle than i assumed. my diets been high protein low calorie at around 2100 which i only just dropped them that low yesterday ive been lowering through the year from 2700,2500,2400 to now, should i go balls to the wall aggressive cut the last 5-10kg? should i increase dose or start a cycle and recomp? any pointers thank you! here are some pics i took today and was really disappointed in the low muscle mass and belly fat
Tidy the diet up. Look at Estrogen levels and do more cardio
 
Diet man. Keep protein high carbs very low and fats moderate with cardio and training

@haydz bro fasting and yoga will help with body fat........

still on the cut grind, been eating quite similar foods for the past week as it’s easier for me so this is generally what i’d be having all week trying to stick to around 2-2.3k calories with 8-10k steps and 6x a week PPL training split

your grind is good bro but you gotta pump the protein up, you working on it? @haydz

gonna start adding 30mins of cardio daily to try and get this fat off i’m around 87kg now but just wanna get to around 80 and go into maintenance, waist is around 36inch so still quite wide and holding alot of fat same with my chest lol but here’s a current physique update

you're looking good bro but you need to start cutting carbs to lean out at least to 100 grams and up protein and fats

planning to switch from Anastrozole 1MG 0.25mg x2 a week
to Aromasin 25mg x2 a week (to help with sensitive e2 on trt while i lose fat)
would there be a benefit on switching and also would it be the same dose equivalent of my 0.25mg if i did the same thing with aromasin and cut it into quarter tablets? if not what would be?

there is no equivalency dose from arimidex to aromasin, at best its subjective bro
why do you want to switch mid cycle here? i would keep it the same if you are on it
but if you do switch go with 5mgs aromasin 3x/week to start off @haydz
