Approved Log My First Testosterone Cycle Log

added the Ai back at 0.25 x2 a week on 8/12/24 and i’m feeling MUCH better so it was 100% my e2 out of whack, fkn sucks that it gets so high even at 125mg of Test cyp

also added semaglutide 5mg on 10/12/24
on a 0.25mg dose and will increase after a month to 0.5mg, first 2 days was crazy i was super nauseous with no appetite but 3 days later i feel better but not really any appetite suppression, i understand it’s too early to tell so ill give it a few weeks and see how i go
good addition on the ai you'll feel better soon

on the semaglutide, I would try to either micro dose like @Pigsy is doing, or 1 per week injection like @RoidRage69 is doing

Needing some advice on moving forward, so this year i lost 20kg (110kg) and now hovering at 90kg, no no where close to as lean and muscular as i thought id be so either i lost muscle or just didn’t have any lol, what should i do next?
1. continue my low dose sema glutide and keep the cut going for a little longer (80-85kg)

2. begin a cycle and slowly increase calories to try and recomp

I think in your case, we need to talk about a recomp, dialing in your diet and training more.

The main part if diet, food and fasting, all will help you get there.

Can you start sharing actual foods and meals?
and please start sharing actual training and cardio

You will need to diet longer my bro and get the body fat down before looking to put on muscle. Love handles come off over time, through reducing fat in fat cells over time and keeping it off and not rebound too hard should get rid of them, it’s not a easy fix over night and requires time and persistence, I had this issue for years. I no longer carry love handles due to simply being diligent with my meal plans, focusing on the right foods and cutting sugar out completely.

Running steroids at higher levels of fat makes you prone to high E2 levels which will correlate to fat distribution towards the lower back, it’s a problem area for most men.

Keep dieting bro. No point trying to add more food (surplus of calories when you have bodyfat to get rid of.

Try get down to 10-12%. I havent used sema myself. I just keep dieting, tracking macros and calories whilst losing body fat. I keep it simple.

Secondly shave so you can see proper physique/ muscle changes. Otherwise its hard to tell. I used to make my clients do this. So much easier.

Dont use a razor shaver buy a trimmer and use no guard. It dosent make you get ingrown hairs and you wont get that shit regrowth itch like a shaver.

You got this. You will be much happier when you get to 10-12% bodyfat and your confidence will skyrocket.

I would be training at least 3 or 4 times a week and I would do be doing fasted cardio daily
