Great job. I like the pictures. You've got a good athletic physique.

Can definitely see the vascularity and size in your arms. Good job.

Just Gotta Lose a little more body fat around the stomach. That's where we hold it. As men.

Another update weighing around 87kg now, goal is to stop around 80-85kg hoping some abs can come in 🙏🏼
took a lot of the advice and have been eating 200g of protein and eating quality food during the cut.
semaglutide has been working too the appetite is slightly decreased but i definitely get full much faster on a 0.25mg dose once a week.
still on 125mg of test cup a week and feeling great on that, E2 seems to be under control. here are some current physique pics let me know what you think!
@haydz awesome work bro!

Nice job

No real updates besides the fact that i got an ear infection and have been sick for a few weeks lol, hopefully will recover soon and get back into it with more updates!
how bad is the infection ?

it was quite bad it ended up lasting for a month or so, seems to have mostly cleared up now thankfully so i can get back into training!
If you took antibiotics, you need probiotics way more. :D

Looking for direction, i’ve cut down from 110 to currently 87kg (over a year process with maintenance phases) but i still look quite obese guessing 27%?
what should i do from here im currently on trt at 125mg a week and have been for 2 years but quite disappointed with these results it seems like i have much less muscle than i assumed. my diets been high protein low calorie at around 2100 which i only just dropped them that low yesterday ive been lowering through the year from 2700,2500,2400 to now, should i go balls to the wall aggressive cut the last 5-10kg? should i increase dose or start a cycle and recomp? any pointers thank you! here are some pics i took today and was really disappointed in the low muscle mass and belly fat

@haydz thank you for sharing this EVO family loves you being open. :D

I would start by giving us actual macro and food updates, like the last multiple updates you did (and I checked all) have very little detail example

You show no foods, no diet and no macros.
Its impossible to actually help you with your diet and cutting because we are getting no details for feedback, do you follow?
Can you start showing us your macros and foods you tracking daily? this way we can start working with you on a cutting cycle.

Needing some advice on moving forward, so this year i lost 20kg (110kg) and now hovering at 90kg, no no where close to as lean and muscular as i thought id be so either i lost muscle or just didn’t have any lol, what should i do next?
1. continue my low dose sema glutide and keep the cut going for a little longer (80-85kg)

2. begin a cycle and slowly increase calories to try and recomp

here’s pics of 110kg vs 90kg now (the love handles are killing me) View attachment 65677View attachment 65678

current physique, down 21kg, i’m 89kg now but i’d like some ab definition before i stop the cut not sure what body fat i am atm but it seems like id need to be 80-85kg for some more noticeable changes. also took the advice and trimmed up

you need to get into better shape overall. that means daily fasted cardio and a solid workout schedule 3-4x a week (but not over training)

thanks for the advice guys i’ll keep the cut going! here are the macros and foods i’ll be having today, also currently doing a PPL split 6 days a week i’ll post training when i go again (protein should be a little higher i agree)

Keep the cutting going... If you cut the correct way, it will be capable losses.

The food doesn't look bad at all.

You're doing a great job, keep it up.
