CYCLE START DATE April 13th,
Finished my first test only cycle mid july. Was a great experience. Lost a good chunck of weight while building a small amount of muscle during it. Never had to use a AI, only threw in a small amount of nolvadex towards the end when my nipples got a little spicey and puffy. Nolvadex worked well by getting rid of all the symptoms. Diet was pretty decent during the cycle but could have been way better. Always managed to get vegetables and protein with most meals along with carbs. Being the summer months there was a couple weekends of decent amount of drinking and shitty eating. Next cycle will be in the winter months. Always hit my protein goals and suck with the gym 5-6days a week. Cardio a couple times a week at least. Sleep was 8hrs a day.
Supplements with
50mg zinc daily
Multi vitamin
Omega 3
Vit b5
Milk thistle
NAC
I didn’t use a AI at all during this cycle or during my pct

PCT and diet
Diet was decently dialed in, zero drinking. Maintained my protein intake goals. My slight vice is that I smoke cigarettes off and on, dealt with a family member with cancer so I was on the darts pretty good a few weeks after pct was complete.
Followed the advice of my coach and did a high HCG and then nolvadex for pct. Started off at 2500iu and tapered down every other day for 3 weeks until I was at 300iu. Started nolvadex half way through as once again started to get high estrogen symptoms. Ran nolvadex for 3 weeks. No AI was used during or after PCT

A week or so after my post blood work started getting sensitive nipples so my coach Coach recommended doing 10mg nolvadex E3.5 days for (3 doses)to get my estrogen down. Half way through my nolvadex I got blood work complete again to take a look at how the nolvadex was affecting me, this is what my bloods were at during that time:

Wanted to get blood work done again (LATE NOVEMBER BLOOD WORK) 6weeks after stopping the nolvadex which takes us to two weeks ago. A week prior to this blood work my breast tissue seemed fuller, nips never hurt, sensitive was up a bit and barely any puffiness. When the bloods came back it showed my estrogen was high normal. Decently still high 122 compared to pre cycle blood work that had me at 88. Prolactin was on the edge of being over for high. During this time frame between last bloods and this bloods I have been hitting the gym 4-6days a week. Diet was on point until I had to do night shift for 2 weeks and overtime meals were every night(pizza,chicken wings, ribs,burger and fries ect.). Sleep suffered as well but still managed 6hrs a night mainly. Also smoking periodically again during night shift. (I know it’s brutal).
Current supplements are zinc, multi, fish oil, milk thistle, NAC

Currently still hitting the gym 4-6 days a week with cardio mixed in as well. Diet has got a lot better, more fruits and vegetables. Keeping my protein intake up as well.

Learning points:
Push hard to keep diet on point
-no smoking ( recently have quit, going on 3 weeks now)
- follow the pct on here, amazing to read all the good info on it
- always have a AI on hand
- always a ton of information to read up on here. Learned a tone since joining.

Issues that have recently came up was breast irritation, kinda of like a fullness in my chest, slightly more sensitive nipples along with the whole chest feeling like that. No hard lumps under nipples, no pain when pushing on nipple but sometimes a slight pain in the nipples when not touch for a sec or two. Those symptoms just recently showed up (approximately 6weeks after nolvadex ended). I read lots of ppl getting gyno post pct months later and I don’t want to end up like one of this guys. I feel I might be hyper sensitive to estrogen. My last bloods were 40 points higher then pre cycle for estrogen and on the higher end of the scale. Along with my prolactin being high. Possible the the highish e2 and prolactin are causing this along with stress? How would I mitigate these symptoms and prevent gyno

I have nolvadex on hand along with aromasine, caber and ralaxofine.

Also in the last 2 months I have been drinking upwards to 6 cups of coffee a day, that has been now changed to decaffeinated green tea.

@BigBry to begin while your bloods are good and general info is good we are missing key details see below

diet, we need to see time meals you eat and how much you eating and what
training, we need to see exercises reps sets and weights
share them here as you go; If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I'm proud of you for swapping out that coffee it's a green tea

being a Slave to coffee is something that I see too much with people and it really fucks with your brain and your sleep

Workout schedule
Each gym session is roughly 1hr 30min
Reps are 12-15(failure)
2 warm up sets 2-3 working sets
Hams/calves
Shoulder/tri
Back/bi
Quad/calves
Chest/tri
Arms
Abs everyday
Rest days when needed

30min of cardio 3times a week. Stationary bike or treadmill walk at a incline.

First meal(breakfast):before gym Overnight oats with flaxseed and a scope of protein powder.

2nd meal(right after gym):all bran buds with granola cereal and a protein shake

3rd meal(first break at work): blueberries, raspberries, 2 turkey peporettes. Decaffeinated green tea

4th meal(lunch): veggies with a protein (chicken or turkey) along with some rice or a bag salad with a small can of tuna. Possibly a coffee if feeling sluggish.

5th meal(last break at work):fiber one bar with protein shake

6th meal(dinner):veggies along with a protein, extra lean ground beef burgers or venision, chicken or turkey

Decaf green tea before bed

Around 3-4 Litres of water a day, does not include teas or coffe or Coke zeros(maybe 2 a week)

SUPPLEMENTS

Milkthistle 1000mg x 3 times a day
NAC 1000mg once a day
Omega 3 900mg once a day
Elemental magnesium(carbonate) 187mg once daily, usually before bed.
Zinc bisglycinate 50mg once daily
