You doing too many redundant exercises. No reason to do two different tricep push downs. Also your chest workout you need to hit different angles. Do upper middle and lower chest. Example incline press, regular press, and either dips or decline press.

Tuesday was Football training did 12.6km of running. Wednesday was a rest day as i felt a little tear in the groin. Thursday was chest day workout and weight in Pic's. Will be getting some Progress photos on Sunday.
Food looks good
 
Yesterdays Back session and Progress photo's. Progress Photo is 4 weeks from first photo's and end of 2nd week on Cycle 300ml test/primo and 200ml npp a week with 10mg Cialis pre workout and have add 2iu of HGH M/T/W/T/F

Thanks Mate for the support. been working my but off 15kg down in under 3 months. now just holding weight @ 110-112 kg must be the Muscle growth
Yeah don't get hung up on the number in the scales coz your right you will gain muscle as well. Keep pushing along and eventually you get to where you want to be.

set a goal where you want to be by the time you hit page 50 of this thread
 
it definitely keep us updated with your diet

make sure you're getting in your fruits and veggies
and make sure you're getting in good proteins and fats
