Tuesday was Football training did 12.6km of running. Wednesday was a rest day as i felt a little tear in the groin. Thursday was chest day workout and weight in Pic's. Will be getting some Progress photos on Sunday.

Leg day today with some abb crunch machine Workout in photos with todays food. Breakfast protein pancakes with banana/maple /and icecream.
Lunch beef stir fry. and Dina creamy chicken and sun dried tomato pasta. weight this morning 111.2.

12+ km running is no joke. i used to run 5 and 10K's and they are a lot of fun
 
the food you are eating looks delicious
 
groin injuries are a pain make sure you rest that

Yesterday's Arm session with some food for the day. Today ill be doing back and making some protein pancakes using coconut flower. will let yous know how they taste. And thanks Everyone for the support it is helping me to push :love:
