Approved Log My first Trenbolone cycle log

This is not my first cycle, I’ve been using PED’s for about 3 years now, but it is the first time I’m looking to do a Tren cycle. Previously I have run a Test E & Winstrol cycle, so fairly mild and user friendly, but I’m looking to ramp up my results and physique, so thought I’d try run a few Tren cycles and see how my body responds.

My stats are:
Age: 45
Height: 5’10”
Weight: 92kg
BF% - 15-18% (on higher end due to injury)

The 8 cycle I’m looking at is:

Tren - 150mg p/wk - building to 250mg
Test E - 150mg p/wk - Building to 250mg
Winstrol - 20mg per day

As for my diet, I’ve just come off a training lay off due to a shoulder injury, so my calories and macros are on the lower end.

Protein - 220g
Carbs - 350g
Fats - 80g

I mainly train a CrossFit style, with a lot of power and Olympic lifting, but do include accessory work that includes hypertrophy and “bodybuilding” style workouts…. I have on and off seasons etc.

Any advice would be greatly welcome, as I’m a relative novice in relation to PED’s
 
Just be wary of the potential tren side effects. Some guys don't get any issues from tren. Many do on the other hand.

When I use tren I have gyno issues, lethargy and mood issues like jealousy and anxiety. Always messes up my sleep too.

But tren is incredibly powerful. Be aware that for many it will negatively effect cardio. You may notice this in your crossfit workouts. Gives crazy strength boosts though.

Admittedly I do have some apprehension about jumping on Tren for the first time, namely for the reasons you mentioned above, but I’m not sure of an alternative to give me the results boost I’m chasing…. The cardio thing is a new point I wasn’t aware of, this is a little concerning considering how I train and my goals.

@valetudomac this is a good start, trenbolone stick to 150-200 mgs dont go higher

what we would like to see is your full diet
diet, what you eat when you eat it meals and foods
training, we'd like to see what you train what exercises as you go sets reps weights
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

lets start with a good diet training update and some pictures of your meals
 
I’ll start from tomorrow, I already track my meals on MyFitnessPal and follow a set program, so it shouldn’t be to much effort to transfer the data over.

As for placing my first order, can anyone straight up recommend a local supplier, I would like to put an order in as early as next week, so I can get the ball rolling.

If you already have a great cardio base and i assume you do if you do crossfit stuff, your cardio will take a hit for sure but you'll be fine. You can add in GW and it will help mitigate the cardio hit. I think a lot of guys use tren to cut and then start ramping up the cardio and run into issues. If the base is there i wouldn't sweat it.

full training and full diet would always be the most optimal way for us to learn about you
