@Davefloat Wow, this is some Gourmet eating right here. You really hitting the nice cardio between the BJJ and the other cardio that you're doing. Make sure you are hydrating if you're sweating so much.

@Davefloat i like the meals bro they look clean but whats that drink you got? and i see bread thats the dry bread high fiber?

and back, you should do pull ups can you?
@Npcclassicphysique champ yes that’s just high fibre whole meal bread it was late that night and needed something quick. I’ll add some pull ups 👌🏼 used to do before will get them back. The drink is just tea I drink too many cups

I love the other type of bj too I just don’t get enough anymore instead I snuggle cuddle my bros at Bjj must find a good lot lizard 🦎 we got good grass fed beef here I need to increase consumption @BodyMonster34

How do you like taking the protein powder in the collagen? Are you separating them or are you taking them together?

How do you like taking the protein powder in the collagen? Are you separating them or are you taking them together?
@Ulter im taking them separately usually protein powder right after training with 5-10g creatine & collagen during the day in between meals

My digestion could be better this might be a weird question but should I be passing more frequently I pass probably once a week maybe twice o see a hear if digestive enzymes should I be taking?
How much probiotics and digestive enzymes do you take? @Davefloat
