My digestion could be better this might be a weird question but should I be passing more frequently I pass probably once a week maybe twice o see a hear if digestive enzymes should I be taking?
you are very unusual man... but it doesn't necessarily mean its bad. as long as you are functioning okay

98% of people have atleast 3 bowel movements a week. so you are just rare
 
@Davefloat Wow, this is some Gourmet eating right here. You really hitting the nice cardio between the BJJ and the other cardio that you're doing. Make sure you are hydrating if you're sweating so much.
I’ll get better at fitting daily cardio into my workouts Steve no more excuses I see lots of others making time for it 👊

Wednesday:

  • BJJ 5-6PM 6 x 5m rolls - good cardio sweat buckets - felt really strong

Thursday:

Gym for Bjj - back, cardio, sauna 🔥
  • Deadlift 10r x 60;70;80;90;90kg
  • Seated row 10r x 40;50;57;57;57kg
  • Cardio 20min thread mill
Felt stronger than last week deadlifting mindful of lower & sides of my back feeling slight tweaks here and there

Food log:

Last two days food only eating 2-3 times per day + protein powders & collagen in an 8hour window trying to to quit eating 3 hours before bed

you could benefit from more fiber, but not everyone should get more fiber it depends

Gym biceps & triceps & 20m treadmill cardio
  • Machine preacher curl 12r x 23;27;27;27;27kg
  • Barbell curl 12 x 10;15;15;15;15
  • Smith machine close grip bench 12 x 50;50;50;50;50
  • Tricep extension 15 x 41;46;50;50;50
  • Total sets: 20

Monday
  • 60m Yoga class
  • 10000 steps

Going on holidays tomorrow but intend on working out everyday
