Bronson omega 3 Fish oil triple strength: 1250 mg EPA, 488 mg DHA, 2720 mg fish oil. Any recommendation on fish oil for future purchase?


And yes, i can def get blueberries once i finish my oranges during next grocery run.

You have softgels that's not the right fish oil. You need 14 softgel caps 2 times per day to make up for 2tbps of fish oil.

You need to get normal liquid fish oil with lemon flavor.

Eddie is correct you need liquid fish oil. You can get liquid fish oil at any online store it's not expensive, get a big bottle of fish oil and take 1 tbps with each meal. This way you boost your fat intake by 45grams and boost omega 3 intake.

This is why it's important to have a LOG like you're doing, so we can help you personally.

Bodyfat I'm thinking closer to 20% but you have a good frame and you look great. It's a positive start bro. We don't judge here, we just want you to get good results.

Diet is changing I like it, waiting for you to add fish oil.
