I was probably like 23% lol.Bodyfat I'm thinking closer to 20% but you have a good frame and you look great. It's a positive start bro. We don't judge here, we just want you to get good results.

Slept like shit last night on the couch, and woke up at 1130am, super tired and low energy, and only 2 meals today. Also super dehydrated, it was pretty hard getting thru todays gym session.

8 slices lean turkey deli meat

12 oz rotisserie turkey breast

* (had to stop supersetting halfway and did each individually with same 1 min rest due to busy afternoon gym)
