My first TRT cycle!

I dont like oranges please changes to some berries.

I am perplexed why don't you change oranges to blueberries?

Also what is your fish oil plan? I see guys discussing it but nothing.

I had a bag of oranges and just finished the last one! Got some blueberries today on grocery run, will eat tomorrow! But can i ask why oranges aren’t ok?

When u guys say cardio, do u mean light jog, running, or can i just walk / hike? I walk my dog daily for about an hour, does that count?

I couldn’t inject quads. The pain is way to bad.

Forgot to address the fish oil on main reply, but ive ordered liquid fish oil on amazon, awaiting delivery. Will cont taking capsules until then!

4/8 log had a lot of family things past couple days so eating and sleepings been shit, but still got workout in! Hopefully can get back to normal schedule this week.


(Got home at 3 am, ate random bs)

3 string cheese
Protein shake, creatine, fish oil

(Family function, random bs)
1.5 c white rice
4 oz oily chicken
1 meat pie

2 lavash flatbread
8 oz rotisserie turkey breast
1 tomato
1 tbsp olive oil
1 orange



Exercise:

Superset 3x12, 1 min rest (different gym, different weights, so worked almost to failure)
Cable Curl
Cable Tri Ext

Superset 3x12, 1 min rest
DB Curls 20 lb
EZ BB Skull crusher 60 lb

Superset 2x12, 1 min rest
DB Concentration Curl 17.5 lb
DB Tricep Kickback 17.5 lb

Planks 3x95 seconds, 30 sec rest

10 min treadmill

20 min stretching

Sorting out a funeral earlier this week (I also conducted the service) so I know what that's like

Lol I know very few people that can inject quads without pain. Lol I’ll stick with glutes and delts

Exercise: 3 mile hike, 23’14” pace, avg heart rate 123 bpm. Had to keep stopping though because temp was too hot for dog.

- It feels like a waste to throw away good mayo, plus theres only probably a few servings left.

Super busy work day, ate what i could because appetite just not there. Also, sleeps been terrible, only got 4 hours last night. Try again tomorrow!
