Yea recomp which is basically what I’ve been doing. But now I wanna really go for it and see what happens. Now I see results my attitude changed
I’m not sure if it’s the anavar and winstrol or if it’s this crazy German volume training

This training program is outrageous

This man is trying to kill me.with millions of super sets and trillions of reps and no rest I’m going to file a grievance with my labor union!!! 😂

I’ll make one page of start pics dated with poses and lighting that I can duplicate later for exact comparison

Also making another dexascan to see if my fat comp has changed

I think I’m missing traps I could start doing shrugs at home everyday?

Dont get into the mindset that you need to do it everyday. More is not better. Train each bodypart once per week. If you train it hard enough on that day you dont need anymore until the following week. Do cardio if you want to lean up.

Yes if I don’t feel pumped and sore all the time I think I’m shrinking. And I get depressed.
I having teainer so Four sessions in a row before the the party next week…. Not becuase it will change how I look. But Beciase if I’m sore and stiff and pumped I’ll feel like I look better and itll
Keep my mood in check on my way to the event.-if I feel deflated and flabby I’ll get depressed before the party 🤷 so he’s going to him sit me and train right up to the last minute Friday night
It’s ridiculous to be this obsessed over this stupid party. It’s a telenovela in my head 😂

I’m very impatient
When I started training three years ago I thought 6 months oaying a personal was automatically mske me look shredded
It’s taken three years to get to just the beginning of me expectations

Considering the battle with bloat already it’s probably the wrong thing for me but I’m intrigued by its reputation for size gains especially since I have a handle on diet and pushing harder at the gym…

Just to see what happens …

I’m taking stack suggestions for the second half of summer and willing to experiment.

The sensible thing to do would be continue a slow steady recomp with a little growth.using a mild stack.

But thats boring .

I’m down to experiment.

Is adding one inch per 3 months to arms realsitc?
Can I get from 15” ( pumped and flexed) to
18” pumped and flexed by next May realistic?

Probably not.

How about getting from 15 to 17 “ in 12 months? I’d say

Dbol would not be wise with your issues. Pick dry compounds only.
Yep kinda figured that. I’ve always been happy with masteron plus test plus one additional item

Winstrol Are what I’ve tried so far
I would like something that Hines me an energy boost I’m always tired and unmotivated and lethargic.
I felt Tbol helped with that
But I dropped Tbol when I started the Var/Win
 
Testosterone is what u need. Just 200mg goes a long ways.
I been on trt for years about 300 a wk.
I need something stronger just to get me out of bed. 😂
Right now the anavar and winstrol seem to be helping this is the first actual growth I’ve seen.

I just don’t know about wi til long term cuz it’s making me sore .joints. But tha anavar is good for sure.
I loved the Tren and Tbol most cuz they made me feel so good and so 😈

The VAR WIN tho is finally getting me growth.

Ill keep experimenting Keep in mind I’ve done drugs especially meth ( and everything else you can name) Since the early 80s so these drugs are like water to me.

Just need a little more strenght snd engergynhoost to add

Anyway I’ll shop around

I use to have this steriod Bible it was a huge book and very comprehensive i gave it to my previous trainer tho

My next 6 PT sessions will be all extra upper body to pump for the oarty

I’m doing my own legs at planet on extra days

But it’s packed in here on a Tuesday at 1030?
I can’t get to the leg press I only have 30 minutes
