Dont get into the mindset that you need to do it everyday. More is not better. Train each bodypart once per week. Yep kinda figured that. I’ve always been happy with masteron plus test plus one additional itemDbol would not be wise with your issues. Pick dry compounds only.
I been on trt for years about 300 a wk.Testosterone is what u need. Just 200mg goes a long ways.
