“ you can not do what those bros are doing for those results because you would be miserable during that process. You like to enjoy life to much, brunch, cocktails, socializing, eating out, and basically having a good time as a priority. What they ( bros) do is they can’t do any of that that. They ( bros) have live and breathe body building as the priority and that does not fit your personality or lifestyle You’d be miserable trying”
And since trainer knows more about me than my husband or my therapist and spends more time with me ( therapist twice a month trainer 12 session a month) I tend to listen to him especially when he , like me, also has adhd , depression etc. and understands how hard it is for me to even get out of the house let alone keep track of food and meds and meal prep.

Yep this is “ phase 2” of our current “ German volume training” Not only is it slow but it’s TEN freaking sets and super setting ten times two different groups so today it was a seated bicep super setter with a close chest press thingNice bro. I like the slow controlled reps. Really squeeze the muscles.
